다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

A purpose of this treatise is that I want to show the method of improvement about operation of Piano-Music academy by Research on Won-ju. Won-ju is main city of this treatise.
The Study has four concrete contents.
1) Piano-Music educational teacher's specific character and talent.
2) Educational contents and method about guidance.
3) Piano-Music academy's management planning
4) Contents of Piano-Music academy's administration and environmental equipment.
The method of Research is distribution the Paper which has 35 questions for 84 Piano-Music academies. The managers of each academies gave back the Paper with their own answer, I analyzed it.
You can find the result on the next lines.
First. The Piano lesson needs to get 「One by one personal education」, so each teachers of piano lesson have to improve the quality of education by each teachers undertake smaller group of students. And the Piano lesson needs to get the systematic student administration by 「Charged teacher system」.
Second. We should respect to teachers who spend more time with children than others, and we have to make circumstance them for better works.
Third. The academies has miscellaneous affairs which was exceeded our expectation. so teachers sometimes forgot and made mistake about lesson or other things. If their mistakes increase, the belief of parents who has students was lessoned will be decreased. So teachers have to write 「Service Diary」everyday and arrange the items which was used to forget easily.
Fourth. We need continuous strategic public relation for successful operation.
We should be hold an event meeting like ‘Talent market’ or ‘Voluntary service’ on weekend. People are recognized that we are different and special by that actions.
And we need to change the students' tools every year because people regard that we always try to keep the clean our academy and student .
Fifth. Make the our own prize. If we make our own prize and award it methodically, students' morale will be increase. Then it will be the information by parents' gossip
Sixth. The concert of academy is the chance which can show the people about students's ability within a defined period. The students can learn endurance when they prepare for the concert and get the accomplishment and confidence when they play in concert for audience. And They need to enter the bigger and better concert like 「International Concours」. because it helps the students to get a courage and to improve their ability.
Seventh. The Education of present in Korea focus on 「Entrance examination」. so many Art academy and Physical academy has gotten the problem on management. Then some of them discount the price of lesson and try to keep management. It gives cognition for people that the lesson's level is down.
So. If some of parents say that the price of lesson is expansive, give them an discount coupon for teaching materials less than discount the price of lesson. Or let them know that it is little cheaper the price in event period than common days.
These ideas can help to keep the cognition that the lesson's level does not down.
Last. Now, many manager of academies enter the educational program which was enforced by Union of academy and educational organ, but we find that they need more programs like Method of education, Management marketing on academy, Seminar for new teaching materials. So Union of academy and Educational organ develop and activate new educational program for management, help many manager of academies to keep their management.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 논문의 목적은 원주시를 중심으로 피아노 음악학원의 운영에 관한 사항을 조사하고 연구함으로써 보다 나은 피아노 음악학원 운영에 관한 개선책을 제시하는 것이다.
연구의 구체적인 내용은 (1) 지도교사의 특성과 자질 (2) 교육내용 및 지도방법 (3) 음악학원의 경영방법 (4)음악학원의 행정 및 환경설비에 관한 사항이다.
조사 방법은 총 35문항의 질문으로 이루어진 설문지를 각 피아노 음악학원에 배포 및 수거함으로써 원주시 관내 84개소의 피아노 음악학원장의 응답을 분석하였다.
그 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 피아노는 1:1 개인 교습이 필요한 과목이기에 교사 1인당 적당한 수강인원을 나누어 지도하게 하여 교육의 질을 높여야 하며 담임제 수업을 통해 체계적인 수강생 관리가 필요하다.
둘째, 아이들과 더 많은 시간을 보내는 강사들을 최대한 존중해주며 적극적인 근무를 할 수 있도록 여건을 만들어 주어야 한다. 그리고 학원일은 의외로 잡일들이 많아서 자칫 잘못하면 잊기 쉽고, 그로 인한 실수가 잦아지게 되면 학부모들에게 신용을 잃을 수 있으므로 근무일지를 매일 쓰게 하여 쉽게 잊어버릴 수 있는 사항들을 정리하게 해야 한다.
셋째, 학원의 성공적인 운영을 위해 전략을 세운 지속적인 홍보가 필요하다.
주말에는 이벤트나 봉사활동, 달란트 시장 등의 특별행사로 학원의 존재 여부를 늘 밝혀주고 아이들이 가지고 다니는 학원 물건은 최소 1년에 한 번씩은 교체해주어 깨끗한 이미지를 고수해야 한다. 칭찬할 만한 상을 학원 자체에서 만들어 정기적으로 시상을 한다면 아이들의 사기가 증진되고 학부모들의 입소문을 통한 홍보가 될 것이다.
넷째, 학원에서 개최하는 피아노 연주회는 아이들이 일정 기간 동안 갈고 닦은 실력을 보여주는 기회로써 연주회를 준비하는 동안에 인내심을 배우고 청중 앞에서 연주를 했을 때에 성취감과 자신감을 얻을 수 있어서 좋은 기회이다. 그리고 나아가 용기를 심어주고 지속적으로 실력을 키워나갈 수 있는 피아노 콩쿠르도 참여하는 것이 좋다.
다섯째, 현재 우리나라의 교육은 입시위주의 교육체제로 예체능 계열의 많은 학원들이 운영에 있어 어려움을 겪고 있다. 그러다보니 수강료를 인하해서라도 수강생의 감소를 대처하며 운영하는 학원들이 있었는데 그렇게 되면 교육의 질이 낮아지는 인식을 심어줄 수 있다. 가격이 비싸다고 하는 학부모들의 경우, 수강료를 깎아주기보다는 교재할인권이라든지 일정 행사기간을 만들어 그 기간에 등록하면 조금 저렴하게 등록할 수 있는 방법 등을 알려주어 교육의 질이 낮아지는 인식을 반드시 방지해야한다.
여섯째, 현재 학원 연합회 및 교육기관에서 실시하고 있는 학원 운영을 위한 교육프로그램에 참여하고 있는 피아노 음악학원장들이 많았지만 교수법, 학원 운영마케팅, 새로운 교재에 대한 세미나 등 새로운 교육프로그램들을 원하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 학원 연합회 및 교육기관에서는 운영에 관한 새로운 교육프로그램들을 개발하고 활성화시켜 이로 인해 학원 운영자들은 더 많은 연구와 노력으로 학원을 운영해야겠다.
피아노 음악학원을 운영함에 있어 건물임대료, 차량운행비, 공과금, 강사월급 등 이러한 많은 지출비용을 충당하기 위해서는 수강생이 적어도 40∼50명은 되어야 하지만 현재 그렇지 못한 학원이 과반 수 이상이나 되었다.
가정의 저 출산 계획으로 아이들의 수는 줄어들고 있지만 학원은 점점 더 증가하는 추세이고 게다가 입시위주의 교육체제로 예체능 계열 학원의 수강생 수는 줄어들고 있어 현재 원주시에 있는 많은 피아노 음악학원에서 운영에 어려움을 겪고 있다.
