      감성ICT산업의 경제적 파급효과 분석 = Economic Impact of Emotional ICT Industry on Korean Economy using Input-Output Analysis

      국내 ICT산업이 GDP에서 차지하는 비중은 지속적인 증가추세에 있으나, 이에 대한 성장률은 낮아지고 있다. 이는 그동안 IT강국으로 자리매김했던 국내 ICT산업에 대한 현황을 평가한 결과 국내시장이 성장의 한계에 도달했음을 시사한다. 따라서 국내 ICT산업을 되돌아보고, 기존 ICT산업을 새로운 산업형태로 재탄생시킬 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 본 논문은 새로운 ICT산업의 하나로 감성ICT산업을 대상으로 국내 감성ICT산업과 감성ICT융합산업의 시장규모를 추정하고, 이를 토대로 국민경제에 미치는 파급효과를 도출한다. 감성ICT산업과 감성ICT융합산업은 기존의 일반 ICT산업과 타산업간의 융합이 보다 광범위하게 융합할 가능성으로 인해 그 경제적 파급효과도 클 것으로 예상된다. 분석결과, 감성ICT산업의 총생산유발액은 5년 누적 총206조원, 감성ICT융합산업의 총생산유발액은 약503조에 이를 것으로 추정되었다. 부가가치유발액은 2011∼2015년까지 감성ICT산업과 감성ICT융합산업으로부터 총118조원으로 예상되었다. 감성ICT산업과 감성ICT융합산업의 수입유발액은 2011년 각각 1조3천억원과 7조원으로 추정되었고, 2015년에는 각각 9조 5천억원과 10조 8천억원까지 확대될 것으로 전망되었다. 고용유발인원은 2011∼2015년까지 5년간 감성ICT산업과 감성ICT융합산업의 양 산업으로부터 5년간 총210만명의 고용이 유발될 것으로 예상되었다. 본 연구결과를 통해 알 수 있듯이 감성ICT산업 및 감성ICT융합산업이 국민경제에 미치는 영향이 크기 때문에, 기존의 ICT산업 자체는 물론 융합이 가능한 비ICT산업까지 그 범위를 확대시킨다면 산업전반적인 혁신을 기대할 수 있다.

      The ratios of ICT industry in GDP is continuously increasing. However the growth rate of ICT industry is decreasing during the same period. Also ICT industry reached the growth limit in the domestic market. Therefore, we need to review domestic ICT industry and recreate a new type of ICT industry. This paper estimates the market size of both domestic emotional ICT and emotional ICT convergence industries and calculates its effect on Korean economy. As emotional ICT and emotional ICT convergence industries analyzed in this study has a possibility of broader convergence than the ones of existing general ICT and other industries, it is expected to have a great effect on Korean economy.
      The main results are as follows. First, we estimated 206 trillion Korean won of total induced production from emotional ICT industry accumulated for 5 years and 503 trillion Korean won from emotional ICT convergence industry. Second, we estimated total 118 trillion Korean won of induced added value from both emotional ICT and emotional ICT convergence industries from 2011 to 2015. Third, we estimated 1.3 trillion Korean won and 7 trillion Korean won of induced import from the emotional ICT and emotional ICT convergence industries in 2011 respectively and they are expected to reach 9.5 trillion Korean won and 10.8 trillion Korean won in 2015. They expected total 2.1 million people of induced employment from both emotional ICT and emotional ICT convergence industries for 5 years from 2011 to 2015. As we can see the results, the emotional ICT and emotional ICT convergence industries will have a huge impact on Korean economy. Therefore, It is recommended that we can take it as an opportunity for an innovation throughout the whole industries by expanding the convergence to non-ICT industries possible as well as current ICT industry.
