      Today, the world we live in integrated into a single global market and borders between nations are collapsed by the capital circulation. Appearances of world literature theories, area studies and diverse interdisciplinary studies are, on the one hand, considered as a attempt to accomplish global equality, but the other hand, they have characteristics of cultural capital for world market. In these respects, my study exams influences of Goethe``s world literature concept on korean literature discourse and how much domestic discussions on world literature depend on Core rhetoric of the Western Canon as a basis for guarantee their legitimacy. In this, I point out that world literature discourse in domestic studies is still looking for superior western literature``s discernment and approbation and has an envy to resemble the western as an exotic other. Also world literature discourse in domestic studies summarize two ways, one way is political acquisition of rights and other is ethical hostility of the other. These two ways discussions have common desire to be integrated to the west-centric world literature topography, and thus they more focused on external factors than literature itself. These problems expose the danger of re-approbation of itself as an exotic other. In last, this study points out the risk of theories of world literary systems or world republic of letters in Franco Moretti and Pascale Casanova. In particular, Moretti``s Darwinian bricolage is 21 century version``s imperialistic world-understanding combining with social Darwinism by substituting literature as an human act with cultural capital. Thus it just help to reinforce the system of capitalism and power politics of U.S. hegemony in to the world.
