    상허학회가 걸어온 길과 이태준 연구의 전망 = The Path of the Sanghur Society and the Prospect of Lee Tae-joon’s Research

    This article was written as part of an academic conference to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the Sanghur Society. I reviewed meaningful academic practices in the course of the Sanghur Society and sought ways to critically develop their unfinished achievements. I suggested two things. First, there is a need to reset the identity and function of the society. It is a well-known fact that it is difficult to perform the existence and society functions of the society due to various internal and external factors such as the confusion of the society and the deepening asymmetry between the National Research Foundation of Korea and researchers. The society and the researcher are one body. At the external level, it is necessary to focus on adjusting the society environment centrally, while seeking a method to protect and enhance the rights and interests of researchers. It is a time when efforts to find a way out are urgently needed as the field of academic activities is drastically reformed, including active participation in the Open Access movement. Reorganization of society activities focused on holding academic conferences, publishing academic journals, improving the editorial system of academic journals, and practical orientation of academic solidarity based on academic publicity. Second, as the prospect of Lee Tae-joon’s literature research, an integrated south korea labor party affiliation literary study was proposed. It is necessary to take Lee Tae-joon’s research, which has been practiced for 30 years by the Sanghur society, to restore the reality of the south korea labor party affiliation literature centered on Lee Tae-joon, to dismantle the widow of the Cold War division, and to start research on inter-Korean integrated literary history again. It is the mission given to us by the history of literature to restore the unrestored things that have passed through 40 years of exclusion and prohibition and 30 years of lifting.

I reviewed meaningful academic practices in the course of the Sanghur Society and sought ways to critically develop their unfinished achievements. I suggested two things.     이 글은 상허학회30주년 기념 학술대회의 일환으로 작성되었다. 상허학회의 역정에서 의미 있는 학문적 실천들을 개관하고 그 미완의 성취를 비판적으로 발전시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색해봤다. 두 가지를 제안했다. 첫째, 학회의 정체성과 그 기능을 재설정할 필요성이다. 학회의 난립과 한국연구재단/학회·연구자 간 비대칭성의 심화 등 여러 내·외적 요인으로 말미암아 학회의 존립 및 그 학술적 기능을 수행하기가 곤란한 형편에 처한 것은 공지의 사실이다. 학회와 연구자는 한 몸이다. 대외적인 차원에서 학술 환경을 우리 중심적으로 조정하는 데 주력하는 한편 연구자의 권익을 보호·신장시킬 수 있는 방법적 모색을 강구할 필요가 있다. 오픈 액세스(OA) 운동에 적극적인 참여를 비롯해 학회활동의 영역을 과감히 쇄신하는 가운데 활로를 찾는 노력이 절실히 요구되는 시점이다. 학술대회 개최, 학회지 발간으로 치중된 학회 활동의 개편, 학회지의 편집체제 개선, 학술의 공공성에 기초한 학회 연대의 실질적 지향 등. 둘째, 이태준문학 연구의 전망으로 남북통합적인 남로당계 문인(학) 연구를 제안했다. 상허학회가 30년간 실천해온 이태준 연구를 한 단계 진전시켜 이태준을 구심점으로 한 남로당계 문인(학)의 실체를 복원하고 이를 바탕으로 냉전분단의 미망을 해체하는 동시에 남북통합적인 문학사 연구를 다시금 시작할 필요가 있다. 배제 및 금지의 40년, 해금(제)의 30년을 관통하고 있는 복원되지 못한 것들을 복원(권)하는 일은 문학사가 우리에게 부여한 소명이다.
