국문 초록 (Abstract)

중국의 지역격차와 도-농 및 연해-내륙 격차의 역할
이 논문은 중국 현(county) 및 현급시 (county-level city)의 GDP 자료를 사용하여 도농 및 연해내륙 격차가 지역격차에 대한 기여도를 분석한다. 기존연구들은 현 및 현급시의 GDP자료의 이용가능성으로 인해 GDP대신 농공업총산치 (gross value of industrial and agricultural output)를 이용하여 분석하는 한계를 가지고 있었다. 분석결과 첫째, 도·농 및 연해·내륙간 격차보다는 오히려 농촌 및 연해지역 내부의 불평등이 지역격차에 미치는 기여도가 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 연해지역 불평등의 주요원인은 과거에는 주로 농촌내부의 불평등이었으나 최근 들어 농촌내부의 불평등뿐 아니라 도시내부의 불평등도 중요한 원인인 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 농촌의 지역격차는 지역에 따라 편차를 보이지만 상당부분 농촌공업 때문인 것으로 나타났다.
