    In fact, the Liuqiushilu(Ryukyu Veritable Records) written by Mr. Qian, which is included in the current Xiaofanghuzhai Yudicongchao, has undergone a lot of deletions, and the real manuscript of the Liuqiushilu(Ryukyu Veritable Records), which has not been deleted on a large scale, is still in the Shanghai Library. Starting from the manuscript, this paper gradually investigates the contacts between Qian Wenqi, the real author, and Sho Eiko (Makishi Pekumi Chochu), a famous modern Ryukyu scholar, and Bernard Jean Bettelheim, a famous European missionary to Ryukyu, through a comprehensive survey of Ryukyu historical materials, Chinese historical materials, Japanese historical materials and European and American historical materials. It also tries to provide a new historical material worthy of reference for the late history of the Ryukyu Kingdom.
