      8um 피치 SXGA급 비냉각 적외선 검출기 개발 및 환경성 평가

      In the case of a thermal imaging system to which a uncooled infrared detector is applied, the application range is expanding in various ways in the field of military and civilian use. In particular, in the case of a military thermal system, it is required to develop a high-resolution infrared sensor to upgrade the system, and in the case of a civil thermal system, it is required to miniaturize and lighten the thermal detector to apply to various applications. By reducing the pixel pitch of infrared sensors from 17um pitch to 8um pitch size, it is easy to develop miniaturized and high-resolution sensors, but overcoming the problem of decreasing infrared sensor performance is the key to technology development. The structural separation of an area absorbing incident infrared rays and an area for thermal isolation is required to maximize the performance of an infrared sensor with a reduced pixel pitch, and to implement this, it is required to develop a multi-layered microbolometer. In this paper, we develop an SXGA-class (1280*1024) uncooled infrared detector with an 8um pixel pitch and fabricate using multilayered FPA(focal plane array) design techniques and 0.18um 3D MEMS technology design techniques to improve absorption area and thermal isolation reduction as the pitch decreases. For miniaturization and weight reduction of infrared detectors, ceramic packages were applied to manufacture uncooled infrared detectors of NETD 50 mK or less. In addition, environmental and reliability test evaluation of uncooled infrared detectors was performed to verify system applicability and practicality.

      동일한 제조사의 하드웨어를 가진 두 장비에서 Double-Z Sampling 기법 적용 유무와 Pitch 변화에 따른 영상의 화질 비교 및 평가

      Purpose : We tried to compare image quality by measuring noise value using pitch change and applying to Double-Z Sampling technique with 2 CT modalities which are consist of same hardware of same corporation. Materials and Methods: We used AAPM CT performance phantom (Nuclear Associates, Model 76-40), Brilliance 64 CT (Philips Healthcare, Netherlands) and Ingenuity 128 CT(Philips Healthcare, Netherlands). On phantom study, All the parameters like CTDI value are same except pitch value. We measured average and standard deviation value by using ROI analyzing function of PACS after setting 4 x 4 cm sqaure on 1/4 spot from the center of noise measurement block of AAPM phantom towards 6 o clock position. On clinical study, 30 patients who have taken Low-dose screening chest follow-up CT were chosen for this study applying to the same protocol as Low-dose chest CT in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015. We applied different pitch values to 2 CT modalit ies. Brilliance 64 CT was 0.516 (Group1) and Ingenuity 128 CT was 1.048 (Group2). And we also set 36mm² of same ROI using ROI analyzing function of PACS and measured noise value of lung nearby rib cage and costal margin on thin section coronal plane. Statistical analysis was used to Wilcoxon signed rank Test of SPSS program(Inc. Chicago) in order to verify statistical significance of noise value measured by two groups. Result : In case of phantom study, noise value measured in Ingenuity 128 CT showed us average 5.31. It was higher than noise level measured in Brilliance 64 CT which was average 4.83. In case of clinical study, noise value of Group 1 was average 26, standard deviation 4.79 and Group 2 was average 28.86, standard deviation 6.67. As a result of Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, P-value was 0.006 and statistically significant on the comparison of noise value between Group 1 and Group 2. Conclusion : Through this study, we found that the change of noise value showed us a few difference as pitch value increase. that is to say, noise value increase as scan hardware data acquisition following Double-Z sampling technique increase. But, it’s quite small difference that it can’t affect image quality. So we think that using Double-Z sampling is clinically useful due to advantage of getting double data acquisition.

      LED 비디오월을 사용하는 방송환경에서HD 카메라의 적정 초점거리 연구

      LED 비디오월을 방송 현장에서 사용하기 위해서는 몇 가지 알아두어야 할 사항이 있다. 첫째, 픽셀이 촘촘히 배열되어 있기 때문에 짧은 배열 주기로 인한 무아레 현상이 나타날 수 있고, 둘째, 픽셀 간의 거리(픽셀피치)가 촬영하는 카메라 이미지 센서에 기록될 수 있다. 무아레 현상이 발생하거나 픽셀피치가 관찰되게 되면 시청자의 입장에서는 불편함을 느끼게 된다. 무아레 현상은 카메라의 촬영거리나 각도를 조정하면서 감소시킬 수 있지만, 픽셀피치가 이미지 센서에 녹화되는 걸 방지하기 위해서는 LED 비디오월과 카메라와의 거리를 충분히 확보하거나, 거리가 확보된 상태에서도 픽셀피치가 녹화되지 않도록 방송 현장에서 사용되는 줌렌즈의 배율을 적절하게 변화시켜 운용해야 한다. 원하는 화각을 얻기 위해 배율을 변경시켜 초점거리를 변동시키게 되면 의도치 않게 픽셀피치가 녹화되는 결과를 초래할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 비디오월과의 거리가 충분히 확보된 상태에서 줌렌즈의 배율을 변경하면서 픽셀피치가 관찰되지 않는 범위에 대해 알아보았다. LED 비디오월에 영상을 재생시켜 B4 마운트 줌렌즈를 장착한 HD 카메라와 서버를 사용해 LED 비디오월 상태를 녹화하였고, TV 화면으로 재생하여 픽셀피치가 관찰되는지 확인해 보았다.

      A System of Contexts for the Analysis of Electroacoustic Music

      A system of contexts for the analysis of electroacoustic music is introduced. Four different types of context are considered and taken as the basic components of a theoretical system for musical analysis. On the one hand, there is the context defined by the work itself, made up of all the sounds, structures, events and sound objects that are part of the piece and whose organization allows the work to be identified as such, as a unit. On the other hand, there is the context formed by all the baggage of knowledge, experiences, expectations, beliefs and assessment criteria that the listener has built or acquired prior to listening to the piece of music. Two types of sub-contexts within the piece are also taken into consideration, the one defined by isolated sounds and that defined by musical segments encompassing several sounds. To explore the interactions between these contexts eight types of relationships between them are defined and examples of how they operate in real musical pieces are given. A multitude of usual terms and concepts in musical analysis such as reduced listening, fractality, sound, musical piece, musical style, etc. are reviewed in light of these interactions.
