디지털 청소년활동 현황과 미디어 접근성 분석 : 부산 청소년수련시설의 장애인 및 다문화 청소년의 접근성을 중심으로

본 연구는 코로나 19 이후 청소년활동 현장에서 비대면 활동과 함께 디지털 청 소년활동에 대한 필요성이 생기고 많은 청소년활동 프로그램들이 비대면 디지 털로 전환되고 있다. 그러나 아직 많은 청소년활동 시설들이 여러 가지 문제로 인해 디지털 청소년활동으로 전환하는데 어려움을 느끼고 있다. 특히, 청소년들 이 가장 많은 정보를 얻게 되는 각 기관의 웹사이트와 SNS, 유튜브 채널 사용 은 물론 이 모든 미디어를 가장 많이 접근하는 스마트폰을 활용한 접근 방식에 대한 고민이 요구되는 시점이다. 그리고 이런 변화에 가장 취약한 다문화청소 년, 장애 청소년들의 접근성 또한 연구가 필요했다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 급변하는 다양성 사회와 평등사회, 그리고 코로나 이후의 디지털 사회에 대비하여 디지털 청소년활동으로의 전환에 필요한 부분들을 제 시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 부산이라는 지역을 선정하여 공공청소년수련시설에 대한 디지털 청소년활동과 온라인 플랫폼 현황을 전수 조사하였다. In this study, the need for digital youth activities has arisen along with non-face-to-face activities in youth activity sites after Corona 19, and many youth activity programs are being converted to non-face-to-face digital. However, many youth activity facilities are still experiencing difficulties in converting to digital youth activities due to various problems. In particular, it is a time when it is necessary to think about the approach using smartphones, which accesses all these media the most, as well as the use of websites, SNS, and YouTube channels of each institution where young people get the most information. Also, the accessibility of multicultural youth and disabled youth, who are most vulnerable to these changes, was also required to be studied. Therefore, in this paper, I tried to present the parts necessary for the transition to digital youth activities in preparation for the rapidly changing diverse and egalitarian society and the post-COVID digital society. To this end, a region called Busan was selected and the current status of digital youth activities and online platforms for public youth training facilities was fully investigated.
