가토 각막 알칼리 화상에서 전방내의 아스코르빈산 농도와 합병증 발생과의 관계

Purpose: To study the relationship between the concentration of ascorbic acid in the anterior chamber and the complications of an experimental alkali burn in rabbit corneas. Methods: Standardized corneal alkali wounds were induced in both eyes of 33 albino rabbits by applying a 5.5 mm-sized round filter paper, soaked in 1N NaOH for 20 seconds. Then, the control group (22 eyes) was given Tears Natural IIⓡ (Alcon), treated group A (22 eyes) was given ascorbic acid (10%) for 2 hours, and treated group B (22 eyes) was given ascorbic acid (10%) for 6 hours. The concentrations of ascorbic acid in the anterior chamber were measured using a microplate assay immediately post-injury, and at 5 days, 15 days, and 30 days post-injury. During the experiment, clinical observation was performed to detect complications such as corneal ulcer or perforation. Results: The incidence of ulceration was significantly lower between control group and treated groups A and B (p<0.05). The incidence of perforation was significantly lower in treated group A compared to the control group B (p<0.05). In addition, a higher concentration of ascorbic acid in the anterior chamber and a lower severity of corneal injury was significant (ρ=-0.302, P<0.05). Conclusions: Higher concentrations of ascorbic acid in the anterior chamber were associated with fewer complications in experimental alkali burns in rabbit corneas.

Recently our lives have become more convenient as a development of smart phones. For this reason, smart phone users have increased rapidly as well. However existing built-in functions in smart phone are not fully supported variety of currently released applications. So Appcessories that combines mobile handsets and accessories is attracting the notice of smart phone users. In this paper, we design and implement remote control Appcessories using Bluetooth communication. Also we verify a robustness of mobile terminals and system hardware and convenience of using applications by applying it to the infant car system.
Embedded System 기반 Vision Box 설계와 적용

비전 시스템은 카메라를 통하여 획득한 이미지 정보를 캡쳐 후, 이를 분석하여 물체를 인식하는 것으로서, 차종 분류를 포함 한 다양한 산업현장에서 사용하고 있다. 이런 필요성으로 인하여 차종 분류를 위한 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있으나 복잡한 계산과정으로 인하여 처리 시간이 많이 소요되는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 임베디드 시스템을 기반으로 하는 Vision Box를 설계하고 이를 사용한 차종인식 시스템을 제안하였다. 제안한 Vision Box의 성능을 자동차의 차종분류를 통한 사전 테스트 결과 최적 화된 환경 조건에서는 100%의 차종별 인식률을 보였으며, 조명 및 회전의 작은 변화에 따른 테스트에서 차종인식은 가능하였으나, 패턴점수가 낮아졌다. 제안한 Vision Box 시스템을 산업 현장에 적용한 결과 처리시간, 인식률 등에서 산업체의 요구 조건을 만족 할 수 있음을 확인할 수 일었다. Vision system is an object recognition system analyzing image information captured through camera. Vision system can be applied to various fields, and automobile types recognition is one of them. There have been many research about algorithm of automobile types recognition. But have complex calculation processing. so they need long processing time. In this paper, we designed vision box based on embedded system. and suggested automobile types recognition system using the vision box. As a result of pretesting, this system achieves 100% rate of recognition at the optimal condition. But when condition is changed by lighting and angle, recognition is available but pattern score is lowered. Also, it is observed that the proposed system satisfy the criteria of processing time and recognition rate in industrial field.

According to the spread of computers and the development of the information society, people are focused on privacy information. As the development of its associated policy and technology, it has been tried various attempts to protect their personal information. In this paper, we proposed anti-screen capture modules to protect personal information or a company's confidential information for agencies and departments that keeps top security. As a result, we can prevent an illegal use or a stealing of another person's information in a public agency or personal computer. Also modules can stop exposures of top security data and personal information during they communicate with others in their institution's sever system.
모바일 증강현실에서 컬러마커를 이용한 콘텐츠시스템 구현

Black marker cause unnatural problems between the existing various contents and marker. To solve this problem, we tested frequency of 3D objects according to the various colors and color placement. Based on this, infant's learning content system based NyARToolkit for the mobile-based augmented reality was implemented. By insert to color marker, We are solved the unnatural problems in the Implemented system. and infant can study seamlessly because concentration increases by the familiar character on the markers.
고휘도 LED 조명 기술을 이용한 고속 가시광통신 시스템 기술 개발

In this study, we design and develop a VLC test-bed system which has been recently issued and focused as good convergence technology in the world. We classify the developed system into transmission part including analog LED driver module, digital signal modulation module, and receiver part with light sensing module and signal demodulation module. Then we introduce important characteristics and components. We analyze some factors for each module. To validate the communication of the designed VLC system, we develop a VLC sender-receiver simulator which can control the dimming factor and flicker-free effect. From the developed system, we observed about 12Mbps of data transmission rate with 0.5m~1m of distance, without packet loss. We verified the real-time communication with multimedia streaming which can be considered as very high date rate. The developed system and technology will be useful for some converged data services like indoor positing, home appliances, and indoor parking system.
