헬스장 유입 요인이 고객만족 및 구매행동에 미치는 영향 조선대학교 교육대학원 체육교육전공 (지도교수 서영환) <국문초록> 헬스장 경영성과를 높일 수 있는 방법은 운영자금을 줄이거나, 고객을 보다 많이 유입하는 방법 외에는 없다. 최근 들어 고객의 눈높이가 높아져 최신시설을 유지하는데 소요되는 자금이 갈수록 증가하고 있지만, 수입의 중요요소인 고객 확보와 고객 수 증가는 물론 경쟁업체가 증가하고 있어 헬스장을 운영하는데 많은 어려움을 겪고 있는 상황이다(김용만, 이승철, 2004). 이에 본 연구에서는 스포츠시설 중 국민들이 대다수가 좋아하는 헬스장 고객들에게 질 높은 서비스 제공을 위한 고객유입 요인을 제공하고자 하였으며, 이러한 결과를 토대로 헬스클럽의 활성화를 위한 마케팅 전략을 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구에서의 연구대상은 광주광역시에 소재하고 있는 헬스장에 다니는 고객을 대상을 모집단으로 설정한 다음 단순무선표집 방법을 활용하여 총 400명을 표집 하였으며, 실제 분석에 사용된 자료는 불성실하게 응답한 자료로 판단되거나, 조사내용이 일부가 누락된 53명의 설문지를 제외한 347명이다. 자료 수집을 위한 연구도구는 ‘헬스장 고객유입 요인이 고객만족과 구매행동에 미치는 영향’ 설문지를 사용하였으며, 신뢰도 검사 결과 독립변인인 헬스장 고객유입 요인으로 시설 요인 .733, 가격요인 .718, 지도자 요인 . 602, 촉진 요인 .680, 환경 요인 722, 고객만족 .777, 구매행동 .718의 신뢰도 계수를 가지며, .602 ~ .777 사이에 위치함으로써 신뢰할 수 있는 결과라 할 수 있다. 자료 분석을 위하여 사용한 통계기법은 SPSSWIN Ver17.0을 이용하여 인구사회적 특성을 알아보기 위하여 빈도분석을 실시하였으며, 헬스장의 고객유입 요인이 고객만족에 대한 영향 및 헬스장 이용객의 고객만족이 구매행동에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해서 요인분석과 상관관계, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이상과 같은 연구방법 및 자료 분석 결과를 기초로 하여 본 연구에서 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 헬스장 고객유입 요인과 고객만족 간의 관계에서는 시설요인인 동선과 부대시설, 가격요인인 매점의 상품구매와 운동용품 구매 등의 용품가격 요인, 지도자 요인인 전문 지도자의 자격을 갖추고 있는 전문성과 회원 간의 인간관계나 의사소통의 사회성, 촉진요인인 전단지. 포스터, 플래카드 등의 홍보활동과 무료 이용권 및 상품권을 제공하는 판촉행사, 환경요인인 음향장비 요인에서 고객만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 헬스장 고객유입 요인과 구매행동 간의 관계에서는 시설요인인 이동 동선과 운동기구, 가격요인인 이용요금, 할인요금제도, 요금지불방법, 지도자요인인 전문성 및 사회성, 촉진요인인 판촉행사 및 정기모임, 환경요인인 조명시설, 환기시설, 음향장비 요인에서 구매행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 고객만족과 구매행동 간의 영향에 대한 분석에서는 고객만족은 구매 행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 설명력은 15.7% 보였다. 이는 고객만족을 통하여 기존 고객들이 계속해서 헬스장에 가입하도록 하고, 지인들에게 헬스장을 홍보할 수 있게 하기 위해서는 운영자는 스포츠 소비자들이 헬스장을 이용한 후 건강을 유지 하게 하고, 심리적으로나 정서적으로 안정감을 가질 수 있도록 하며, 회원들 간의 새로운 사회적 관계를 형성할 수 있는 기회를 제공하여 회원들의 삶의 질을 향상하도록 노력하여야 한다. 끝으로, 스포츠 시설업은 세월이 흐르면 흐를수록 더욱 경쟁이 치열해 진다는 것은 자명한 사실일 것이다. 헬스장 간의 경쟁에서 우위를 확보하기 위해서는 예전의 안일한 마케팅전략으로 스포츠 소비자에게 다가선다면 결코 살아남지 못할 것이며, 성장하기보다는 볼링 시설업의 뼈아픈 경험을 할 수도 있다. 그러지 않기 위해서는 고객의 기호를 충분히 충족 시킬 수 있는 마케팅 전략과 전문적인 관리가 필요하다. 또한, 헬스장 운영자의 과감한 투자와 국가차원 지원, 국민의 아낌없는 관심이 상호작용 할 때 어떠한 스포츠 시설업 보다 국민과 함께하는 스포츠 시설산업의 중요한 위치를 확보하게 될 것이다. 고강도 운동에 참여하는 남성들의 활동성 휴식처치가 Lactate와 pH에 미치는 영향
현대인이 요구하는 고강도 운동은 피로물질인 Lactate의 급증으로 과도한 운동 피로와 그로 인한 pH수치의 감소로 신체 산성화의 원인이 된다. 이러한 운동피로도를 감소시키기 위한 방법으로 현장에서는 Cool-down을 활용하는데, 이 또한 운동 후 회복이라는 개념에서 벗어나지 못하고 있으며, pH의 측정은 혈관 침습적 측정방법이 일반적으로 사용되고 있다. 따라서 운동 중 회복 방법으로 고강도 인터벌 방식의 유산소성 대사를 촉진하는 활동성 휴식의 intermittent처치와 고강도 운동의 전통적인 Active rest인 Cool-down과 비교해 고강도운동으로 인한 운동피로도의 회복과 신체 산성화 예방에 보다 효과적인 운동 및 훈련프로그램 개발의 참고자료 및 Lactate와 pH농도간의 상관에 대한 관계성을 규명 하여 pH검사의 비침습적 측정방법의 활용성 제시가 필요하다고 생각된다. 본 연구는 일반 20~30대 연령의 남성 28명을 대상으로 활동성 휴식의 intermittent Group 14명과 Cool-down Group 14명으로 선별하여 대표적인 고강도운동인 크로스 핏을 활용해 운동 시기 별 총4회에 걸쳐 Lactate와 pH를 측정하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. I.G과 C.G의 측정시기별 Lactate의 차이를 살펴본 결과 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th에 두 집단 간 1st(p>.05)를 제외한 2nd(p<.001), 3rd(p<.001), 4th(p<.05)에서 유의한 차이를 보였고. pH는 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th에 두 진단 간 1st(p>.05)와 4th(p>.05)를 제외한 2nd(p<.01), 3rd(p<.01)에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 2. 운동 피로도 회복 효과는 시기(p<.001)와 시기*집단(p<.05), 집단(p<.001)간 상호작용효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 3. 신체 산성화 예방 효과는 시기*집단(p>.05)을 제외한 시기(p<.001), 집단(p<.001)간 상호작용효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 4. Lactate와 pH의 상관관계는 동일한 시기 간 1st(p<.01), 2nd(p<.001), 3rd(p<.01), 4th(p<.001) 모두 부적 상관관계(negative correlation)가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 위와 같은 결론으로 종합해 보면 활동성 휴식의 Intermittent처는 Cool-down처치 보다 운동피로도 회복과 신체 산성화 예방에 효과적이기에 고강도 운동에 참여하는 일반인 및 고강도 훈련이 불가피한 전문운동 선수들의 운동프로그램 개발에 활용한다면 운동 피로도 회복 효과와 더불어 신체 산성화를 예방하는 효율적인 운동프로그램 개발을 도모할 수 있을 것으로 생각되며, 더불어 신체 산성화 측정의 효율적인 측정을 위해 비침습적 측정의 활용이 용이 할 것으로 판단된다. High-intensity exercise required by modern people is a cause of acidification of the body due to excessive exercise fatigue and a decrease in pH value due to the rapid increase of the fatigue substance Lactate. Cool-down is used in the field as a method to reduce the fatigue of the exercise, but this also does not deviate from the concept of recovery after exercise, and the measurement of pH is a blood vessel invasive measurement method. Therefore, as a recovery method during exercise, it is more effective for recovery of exercise fatigue and prevention of body acidification due to high intensity exercise compared to intermittent treatment of active rest to promote aerobic metabolism of high intensity interval method and Cool-down, a traditional active rest of high intensity exercise. And the relationship between the Lactate and pH concentration and the reference material of training program development, and it is considered that it is necessary to present the usefulness of the non-invasive measurement method of pH test. In this study, 28 males in their 20s and 30s were screened into 14 intermittent groups and 14 cool-down groups. Lactate and pH were measured four times for each exercise period using a cross fit, a representative high-intensity exercise, and the results are as follows. 1. As a result of examining the difference between Lactate by measurement time of the two groups, at 2nd (p <.001), 3rd (p <.001), and 4th (p <.05) showed significant differences except 1st (p >.05) between the two diagnoses. The effect of restoring exercise fatigue was found to have an interaction effect between period (p <.001), period * group (p <.05) and group (p <.001). 2. The pH was at 2nd (p <.01), 3rd (p <.01), showed significant differences except 1st (p >.05) and 4th (p >.05) between the two diagnoses. The effect of preventing acidification on the body was found to have an interaction effect between the period (p <.001) and the group (p <.001), excluding the period * group (p >.05). 3. Lactate and pH are negatively correlated with 1st (p <.01), 2nd (p <.001), 3rd (p <.01), and 4th (p <.001) during the same period. In conclusion, the intermittent treatment of active rest is more effective in recovering exercise fatigue and preventing body acidification than in cool-down treatment. In addition to the fatigue recovery effect, it is thought to be able to develop an effective exercise program that prevents body acidification, and it is also considered to be easy to use non-invasive measurement for efficient measurement of body acidification.
규칙적인 소도구 필라테스 운동이 비만중년여성의 대사증후군 위험요인에 미치는 영향
This study analyzed the effect on the indicators of metabolic syndrome by conducting Pilates exercise for 8 weeks for obese middle-aged women and provided the basic data necessary to construct an effective exercise program for obese middle-aged women exposed to various diseases. The purpose of this study was to find a method that can be utilized as one of useful programs that can be generalized in the actual field. The study subjects consisted of the obese middle-aged women's exercise group (8 people) and the control group (8 people) who participated in the Pilates exercise for the first time, and consisted of 50 minutes 3 times a week for 8 weeks, and the results were as follows. In the change in body composition, body weight did not show a statistically significant change in all items in the exercise group and the control group, and the body fat percentage and body mass index showed a significant decrease in the exercise group, showing a statistically significant difference. In the change of blood pressure, systolic blood pressure did not show statistically significant change in all groups of exercise group and control group, and diastolic blood pressure showed statistically significant change in pre-measurement between the two groups. The waist circumference showed a statistically significant difference as the result decreased in the exercise group, and there was no significant change in the comparison between the two groups. Changes in HDL-C showed statistically significant differences with increased results in the exercise group, and no significant change in comparison between the two groups. TG showed a decreased result in both groups, but only a statistically significant difference was found in the control group, and a significant change in the post-measurement was also made in the comparison between the two groups. Fasting blood glucose showed a statistically significant difference, showing a decreased result in the exercise group, and the control group maintained the result at an appropriate level. There was no statistically significant difference in the comparison between the two groups. Taken together, regular props Pilates exercise reduces body fat percentage and body mass index, so you can see changes in body shape. As can be seen from blood pressure, waist circumference, HDL-C, and fasting blood sugar, the effect of improving and maintaining metabolic syndrome factors was seen. As such, regular Pilates exercise can be recommended as one of the exercise programs for health promotion, and it is thought that it can improve health through continuous Pilates program development in the future.
코어운동이 엘리트 축구선수들의 하지밸런스와 운동기능 및 혈중젖산에 미치는 영향
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of lower extremity balance, exercise function, and blood lactate by performing core exercise on elite soccer players. The study subjects were 10 elite soccer players and 10 control groups. Subjects exercised 3 times a week for 8 weeks, and the following conclusions were drawn. In the lower extremity balance, the change in left unilateral clerk showed a statistically significant difference as the exercise group increased post-test than pre, and the control group decreased post-test and did not show statistically significant difference. There was a significant difference between the two groups. The change of the right unilateral clerk showed a statistically significant difference as the exercise group increased post-test than pre, and the control group decreased post-test and did not show statistically significant difference. There was no significant difference between the two groups in pre-test, but there was a significant difference post-test. Statistically significant difference appears increase post-test than pre. Changes in the unilateral clerk of the left and right extremities with the closed eyes were statistically significant as the exercise group increased post-test than pre, and the control group decreased post-test and did not show statistically significant differences. There was no significant difference between the two groups. Among the exercise functions, the change of left grip force, right grip force, and flexibility increased statistically from pre-to-post and showed statistically significant differences. The control group declined post-test and showed no statistically significant difference. There was no significant difference between the two groups. The change in lactic acid in the blood decreased post-test than pre and showed statistically significant difference, and the control group increased post-test and did not show statistically significant difference. There was no significant difference in pre-test between the two groups, but there was a significant difference in post-test. As a result of the above conclusion, it was found that core exercise had a positive effect on lower extremity balance, exercise function, and blood lactic acid, and lower extremity balance and blood lactic acid were more effective than those without core exercise. Core exercise will be effective not only for elite soccer players but also for various athletes, and it is thought that it will help athletes' physical balance, reduce fatigue, and improve performance.
홀드트레이닝이 스포츠클라이밍 선수들의 기능체력과 혈중젖산 및 생리적 기능에 미치는 영향
The study subjects were 20 elite sports climbing athletes, and 10 were randomly assigned to each exercise group and control group. Measurements were made twice week 0 and week 24. For 24 weeks, the exercise group conducted hold training, and the control group conducted an autonomous exercise. For statistical processing, a t-test of the corresponding sample was conducted to verify the pre and post-difference in each group, and a two-way repeated measure ANOVA was used to confirm the difference between the measurement time and the group. The statistical setting value was α=.05, and the following conclusion was obtained. In the change of functional fitness, muscle strength and endurance, cardiopulmonary endurance, wits, and flexibility showed significantly increased results, and there was an interaction effect in the measurement time and measurement time* group, and a significantly reduced result in agility It was shown that there was an interaction effect in the measurement time, group, and measurement time* group. Changes in blood lactate showed a statistically significant difference with reduced results, and there was an interaction effect in the measurement time and measurement time* group. The change in α-amylase in physiological function showed a statistically significant difference, showing a decreased result in the exercise group, and there was an interaction effect between the measurement time and the measurement time* group. Taken together, it is thought that as a result of applying hold training to elite sports climbing athletes, it will contribute to performance improvement by improving functional fitness, reducing blood lactate, and decreasing α-amylase, an indicator of physiological function. If the training method is continued by gradually increasing the intensity of exercise over a long period of time, it will be expected that better results can be expected.
점핑다이어트 운동이 비만중년여성들의 신체조성과 대사증후군 위험인자에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate how obese middle-aged women performed jumping diet exercise for 8 weeks to determine how they affected body composition and risk factors for metabolic syndrome. The subjects of this study were obese middle-aged women, assigned to 8 exercise groups and 8 control groups, and performed exercise 3 times a week for 8 weeks to analyze the following conclusions. In body composition, changes in body weight, body fat percentage, and body mass index showed statistically significant differences in the exercise group and no significant difference in the control group. In the risk factors for metabolic syndrome, changes in blood sugar, waist circumference, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, HDL-C, and triglycerides were statistically significant in the exercise group, but not in the control group. According to the above conclusion, jumping diet exercise has a positive effect on body composition and risk factors for metabolic syndrome. If jumping diet exercise is continued, it is expected that a positive effect will appear on not only the diet effect but also the risk factors for metabolic syndrome, and it is thought that it can improve mood and prevent various diseases.
고등학교 영어 교과서의 언어 사용역에 따른 영어 정관사의 분포연구
The purpose of this thesis is to determine the authenticity of the distribution of definite articles across registers in high school English textbooks, examining how the actual distribution of the definite articles across registers is reflected in the textbooks. Specifically, we compare the distribution of the articles in high school English textbooks with that of the corpus as shown in Biber et al.'s(1999). Among several reference patterns of definite noun phrases we focus on anaphoric reference, indirect anaphoric reference, situational reference, and generic reference and see how those patterns are represented in the spoken language as well as in the written one. We begin by examining various definite noun phrases, describing the role of definite articles in determining various patterns of reference. We go on to examine the actual reference patterns shown in the corpus. The examination shows that the primary reference pattern of the definite article turns out to be different from the common perception that definite noun phrases are usually used for anaphoric reference. We find that most anaphoric references are marked by pronouns and a range of other devices, while definite noun phrases are more commonly used for other purposes. We also find that the high frequency of situational reference is not only due to the fact that conversation is embedded in a situation which is shared by the speaker and hearer, but also by the fact that conversational partners are usually closely related as family members or friends, and can thus rely on a great deal of shared knowledge. Generic reference is shown to have low frequency in both registers. On the basis of the corpus analysis, we examine high school English textbooks, only to find that the distribution of the four types of reference patterns in the corpus are not properly reflected in the English textbooks reviewed.
트램폴린 · 코어운동이 고혈압 환자들의 생활습관병 유발인자와 생활스트레스 및 APG에 미치는 영향
The purpose of this study was to conduct trampoline · core exercise based on upbeat popular music for a total of 12 weeks in hypertensive patients to see how it affects lifestyle-related disease inducers, life stress, and APG. Dividing into 10 exercise groups and 10 control groups, two measurements were performed before the start of the exercise and after the end of the exercise in the same environment as much as possible, and the following conclusions were drawn. 1. In the change of lifestyle-related disease inducing factors, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, TG, Blood Glucose, and SBP excluding DBP in the exercise group showed a significant difference before and after. It was found that TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, Blood Glucose, and SBP had an interaction effect between the measurement timing and groups. 2. Changes in α-amylase, a life stress, showed significant differences before and after exercise in the exercise group, and there was an interaction effect between the measurement timing and groups. 3. The change of APG showed a significant difference between before and after exercise in the exercise group, and there was an interaction effect between the measurement timing and the groups. In summarizing the above conclusions, it was found that the exercise program combined with trampoline and core exercise had a positive effect on lifestyle-related disease inducers and life stress α-amylase and APG in hypertensive patients.
BOSU Ball을 활용한 다이어트 프로그램이 중년여성의 신체조성 및 균형감각에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate how the BOSU Ball exercise, which can develop core muscles in middle-aged women, affects body composition and sense of balance. The study subjects were middle-aged women, consisting of 8 exercise groups and 8 control groups, and the middle-aged women performed BOSU Ball exercise for a total of 8 weeks, and the following conclusions could be drawn. In the change of body composition, the result of body weight decreased in the exercise group, showing a statistically significant change, and also in the control group, showing a significant change. The result of body fat percentage decreased in the exercise group, showing a statistically significant difference. Among the sense of balance, both eyes-opening unipedal standing and closed-eyed unipedal standing using the toe-gu showed an increase in the post- than pre-measurement in the exercise group. Summarizing the above, the BOSU Ball exercise was found to have a positive effect on body composition and sense of balance in middle-aged women. If this type of exercise to strengthen core muscles is continuously performed for a long period of time, it is possible to prevent musculoskeletal disorders that are frequently present in society in advance, and in the long term, it will be possible to live a healthy life in old age.
고강도 저항운동에서 소도구를 활용한 근막이완이 젖산피로와 신체산화에 미치는 영향

The purpose and necessity of this study was to investigate the effects of lactic acid fatigue and body oxidation through myofascial relaxation exercise using small tools for obese female college students who are performing high-intensity resistance exercise for 8 weeks of diet. The subjects of this study were randomly assigned to 20 obese female college students, 10 in the exercise group and 10 in the control group, and all of the obese female college students in the exercise group participated in the same high-intensity resistance exercise and small tool fascia relaxation exercise program. Data processing was performed using a paired sample t-test and an independent sample t-test method between each group to verify significant differences before and after measurement. The significance level value was set to p<.05. As a result of small tool fascia relaxation exercise combined with high-intensity resistance exercise for 8 weeks, the change in lactate fatigue decreased after measurement in the exercise group than before measurement, showing a significant difference (p<.05). The results between the two groups showed a significant difference after measurement (p<.001). The change in body oxidation decreased after measurement in the exercise group compared to before measurement, showing a significant difference (p<.05), and the results between the two groups did not show a significant difference before and after measurement. Summarizing the conclusions presented above, it was found that lactic acid fatigue was reduced and body oxidation was prevented as a result of continuously performing small tool fascia relaxation after performing high-intensity resistance exercise in obese female college students for the purpose of dieting. As a result of performing small-tool fascia relaxation exercise to relieve fatigue caused by high-intensity resistance exercise, it is considered to be an exercise program that can serve as a basis for long-term exercise. Therefore, it is considered to be an exercise method that can be applied to the exercise program of obese female college students for a successful diet.
