衝擊荷重의 時間變動을 알아보기 위해 棒의 縱振動方程式, 보의 橫振動方程式 및 Hertz의 接觸理論을 써서 理論式를 誘導한 뒤 差分法에 의해 數値 解析을 行했다. 또한 Strain Gaige의 出力으로부터 衝擊荷重을 求하는 System을 갖춘 뒤 衝擊實驗을 行하여 여기에서 나온 結果와 앞에서 求한 理論結果를 比較, Hertz 理論의 妥當度를 調査하였다. 比해 본 結果, 兩者는 잘 一致하였다. To examine the change of the impact force with time increasing, theoretical values are calculated using the lateral vibration equation for a bar, the transverse vibration equation for a beam and the Hertz's theory. And those values are numerically analyzed by the difference method. After making a system which measures the impact force from the output of a strain gauge, I obtained the experimental values from the system. Two values, compared to identify the validity of the Hertz's theory, agree very well.

Music has been studied for a long period and it is being used as a media of prenatal education and therapy. Our society had gone through the rapid development of computer and semi-conductor technology, which made our lives totally different from 20th century. With the development of the technology, our lives have changed from Anolog to Digital. The change has influenced in many aspects of human lives, especially the music. Digital music with the developments of recording technology has reduce the producing time, which was the main cost reducing factor. It has also allowed music to be played through personal devices and on internet. This convenience made people to be fund of digital music. Music industry in Korea has turn to digital music and we hardly can find analog music as the digital music industry took over every part of it. Digital music, however, didn’t only give us the advantages. It was once told through mass media that digital music causes negative effects to our body. But, it is not easy for us to go back to Analog ignoring all the advantages that technology has given us. On this paper, I have studied about all the effects that music has not only on human beings but also on all the living things. I have compared the differences of effects that analog music and digital music on human being and plants. As a result, I could find out that the Analog music has more positive effects than the digital music. Of course, now we have high definition digital audio technology so called lossless-music such as MQS or FLAC that made digital music equivalent of analog music. As those high definition digital music files require additional players, however, they cannot be provides to us with convenience that common digital music has. With the developments of the industry and mass media, we, Koreans, use to use the word ‘healing’, which refers to the recovery of our spirit as well as our physical body. Common people who suffers from study and labor find music as a media of ‘healing’ as it is easy to access. Although music has positive effects to our body, music is not the same when it comes to healthy growth and recovery. Good music source can maximize the effects that music gives us. With the increased number of ‘return to the farm and rural’ people, the concern about the method of farming is being increased. If we graft analog music playing on farming, the productivity will surely be increased. Even with the maleficence that digitalization has brought, we can overcome the problem with better developed technology. Finally, the development of modern technology can make the digital music analogized, which means that the technology can realize the motto ‘Back to the Analog’ technically.
We have amplified and cloned the complementary DNA(cDNA) for human RNA polymerase II transcripton elogation factor TFIIS using polymerase chain reaction The size of our cloned human TFIIS cDNA is much larger than that of the clone previously known. The primary structure of human TFIIS was determined by thnucleotide sequence analysis of our cDNA clones. our data suggest that the human TFIIS protein consists of 301 amino acids as mouse TFIIS protein, witch is larger by 21 amino acid residues than known. TFIIS containing 21 amino acids was exepressed and purified from E. coli harboring TFIIS cDNA clone. The presence of 21 amino acids in TFIIS dosen't affect its activity. Using cDNA as probes, we analyzed the human genmic DNA for TFII DNA Southern blot analysis demonstrated that TFIIS is coded by a single copy gene, rather than multiple gene family. Recently, due to overpopulated and high rise building by urbanization, it is difficult to penetrate sunlight into indoors, Especially, the right to sunlight is being brought a serious social problem. Therefore, for the improvement of indoor visual quality, it is necessary to provide sufficient sunlight to interior spaces under much lack of sunshine. As well as the proper solution of this problem and the consideration of environment, energy saving, sunlighting systems are very useful and adequate lighting systems. But, in our country, it is insufficient for introducing and understanding these systems Therefore, this study aims to suggest architectural applications of sunlighting systems for our country's architectural culture. For the purpose, the species, characteristic and abroad developing situation of sunlighting systems were investigated and analyzed literally Then, by case studies of the inside and outside buildings, architectural application methods were analyzed. Also, the visual environment of solar mirror systems was simulated by Lightscape. The results of the study can be summarized as follow. Solar mirror systems have an advantage of a large quantity of sunlighting, but require accuracy of construction. These systems, among sunlighting systems, are used for atrium, underground spaces of large office buildings and apartment houses. Light pipe systems mainly used for small buildings and houses because these are relativity cheep comparison to other systems. Lens-fiber systems are applied for high rise buildings and offices which have no penetration of sunlighting indoor. These systems have no relation with change of sun's position and are free from restraint of transmission distance, but it has a weak point that these are most expensive of sunlighting systems. In case of our country having plenty of sunshine and daytime, it is considered that the potentiality of applications to sunlighting systems is very high. Particularly, to solve the sunshine lack for small houses, solar mirror systems are suitable because these are low priced systems and have convenience of construction and application.
住宅請約制度의 問題點과 改善方案에 관한 硏究 : 住宅請約加點制의 制度的 補完을 中心으로
본 연구는 우리나라의 주택공급제도 중 하나인 주택청약제도의 문제점을 살펴보고 주택청약가점제도가 정부의 주택시장개입의 본질적인 목적인 형평성에 맞는 주택배분에 부합하는 제도인지와 이 제도가 갖고 있는 취약점 및 보완점을 전문가집단의 설문조사를 통해 분석해보았다. 연구의 결과에 따르면 문제점을 크게 세 가지로 나눌 수 있었다. 첫 번째로 주택청약가점제는 실수요자와 비 수요자의 구분이 불분명하며 1주택 소유자에 대해 청약순위의 자격제한과 1세대가구, 1인 가구, 노인 가구, 노인 부양가구 등에 대한 고려가 부족하다. 두 번째, 주택청약가점제는 지역주택시장의 특성 및 차별성에 대한 고려가 되어있지 않으며 주거의 질적·양적 문제점과 수요의 변화를 고려하고 있지 못하다. 세 번째, 각 가점항목별로 가점구분 및 점수에 대해 조정할 필요가 있다. 또한 추가되어야 할 항목으로 부동산자산과 가구소득이 조사되었다. 따라서 이에 대한 개선 방안으로는 첫 번째로, 실수요자에 대한 구분이 필요하며 주택구입의 능력을 갖고 있는 자와 주거안정을 위해 주택공급이 필요한자를 구분하여 주택청약의 기회 및 주택공급을 차별화 시켜야 한다. 또한 실수요자의 범위에 1세대 가구 및 1인 가구, 노인 가구, 노인부양가구 등을 포함시켜야 한다. 두 번째로, 지방과 수도권의 지역주택시장을 고려하여 가점제의 차등 적용 및 차별화가 필요하며 주거수준의 개선과 수요의 변화에 대한 고려가 필요하다. 세 번째로, 가점항목별 가점점수 및 가점구분이 재정립되어야하며 항목별 가점점수 부여 시, 점수 부여의 비중을 고려해야한다. 또한 부동산자산과 가구소득에 대한 규정의 추가가 필요하며 이를 보다 정확하게 파악하기 위한 행정시스템을 갖춰야 한다. 본 연구는 주택청약가점제도를 전문가 집단의 설문조사를 토대로 제도의 취약점 및 보완점을 모색하였으며 선행연구의 일반시민과 전문가집단의 설문결과와 본 연구의 설문결과를 비교분석하여 본 연구의 결과를 뒷받침함으로써 주택청약가점제도의 제도적 개선방안을 모색하였다는데 중요한 의미를 갖는다고 할 수 있다. This study aims to review issues of the current housing subscription system in Korea and to examine the new housing subscription system. The paper explored the government's intervention on housing market in line with social equity and fair distribution of housing. In this study, an investigation of the housing subscription system was carried out by means of interviews (questionnaire survey) with experts. The results of this study are classified into three parts. First, the new housing subscription system is unclear to who uses the system and who don’t. Moreover, the new system insufficiently considers the basic qualification of subscription ranking. For example, family households, single households, elderly households, and living with elderly households are qualification categories. Second, the housing subscription advantage system haven’t considered unique qualities of each regional housing market. In addition, the new system haven’t included problems of housing quality and the quantity of households Third, it is necessary to adjust advantageous classifications and points for each of items. Furthermore, it is examined to add real estate asset and household income items. Therefore, based on the following problems, I suggest the improvement of the new housing subscription system as follows: First, the new system needs to divide actual users from none-actual users. Moreover, the system has to classify people who have the ability to purchase housing and who require housing for specific housing subscription chance and housing supply. In addition, the actual users of the new system should include the following examples: family households, single households, elderly households, living with elderly households. Second, the new system should consider to separate the rural housing market and the suburban housing market. Also, it should consider to improve housing quality and to change housing demands. Third, the points and items need to be reset. Also, it is required to reflect weight when the system gives points to each items. Furthermore, the new subscription system has to add stipulations and make an administration system to grasp the real estate asset and household income environment. This study has significant meaning to suggest improvements of the new housing subscription system, based from the results of the following analysis: to suggest problems and improvements based on the analysis results of the expert group questionnaire, to be supported by comparison analysis results between the questionnaire surveys in previous studies with households and experts.
This thesis is studied by articles which are written in newspaper and other theses. And this theses is stydied about real name financial Transaction system which is enforced by an emergency presidential financial decree in August 12, 1993. First chapter is presented about object and direction of this study. Second Chapter is presented about the necessity and main content of real name financial transaction system, and presented about the positivity of underground economic, distribution of unbalanced wealth. Third chapter is presented how real name financial transaction system is enforced in America and other countries, about the way of real name confirmation, customer's information control and tax for cash transaction. Fourth chapter is presented about the effect of enfircement of real name financial transaction system, that is reduction of underground economic, realization of fair tax system, keeping away speculation, soundness of economic development, activation of stockmarket, development of the money market, political-social expectation, a switch of real name, etc. Fifth chapter is presented.①the problem of increase of tax and financial difficulty of small to medium sized enterprises. ②a banking organ's counterplan ③the problem of the security enforcement of individual secret, and the problem of a fictitious name, using a person's name, and a composite income tax of financial income, real property trust. In conclusion, In order to settle successfully of real name financial transaction system, all people must do their best.
