        〔국문요약〕 행정실장의 리더십유형과 직원들의 직무만족도간의 관계 연구 - 인천광역시 서부교육청 소속 초․중학교를 중심으로- 인천대학교 행정대학원 일반행정학과 이해경 본 연구는 행정실장의 리더십유형과 직원들의 직무만족도간의 관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 현대사회에서 요구되는 리더의 특성을 적절히 반영하고 있다는 관점에서 Bass의 변혁적 리더십과 Burns의 거래적 리더십을 중심으로 이론적 타당성을 검증하고, 이러한 리더십이 조직구성원들의 직무만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고자 한다. 자료의 수집은 인천광역시 서부교육청 소속 초․중학교 행정실 직원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료의 통계처리는 SPSS 통계 패키지 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 인구 통계학적 변수에 따른 리더십 유형과 직무만족도의 차이를 파악하고자 t검정(t-test)과 분산분석(One-Way ANOVA)을 실시하여 집단 간 차이를 규명하였다. 마지막으로 리더십유형이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 상관관계 분석과 다중 회귀분석을 사용하였다. 연구 분석결과를 종합해보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가설1인 ‘인구 통계학적 변수에 따라 직원이 느끼는 리더십유형은 유의적 차이가 있을 것이다’를 검증한 결과 현 근무처 및 현 근무교의 학급 수에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 인식수준을 나타내었다. 현 근무처에서는 거래적 리더십 수준 전체와 상황적 보상에서 초등학교가 중학교보다 높은 것으로 나타났다. 현 근무교의 학급 수에 따라서는 변혁적․거래적 리더십 모두에서 유의한 차이를 보였으며, 특히 학급수가 41~50학급일 때 리더십 수준을 가장 높게 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 가설2인 ‘인구 통계학적 변수에 따라 직원이 느끼는 직무만족도에 있어서 유의적 차이가 있을 것이다’를 검정한 결과 성별, 총 근무 경력, 현 근무처에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 인식수준을 나타내었다. 성별에 따라서는 남자가, 특히 근무조건의 인식수준이 평균 3.46으로 나타나며, 근무경력이 많을수록 근무조건 및 직무몰입에서 유의한 인식수준을, 현 근무처에 따라서는 중학교에 비하여 초등학교일 때 직무몰입도가 높았다. 셋째, 가설3인 ‘리더십 유형(변혁적/거래적)은 직무만족도에 영향을 미칠 것이며, 변혁적 리더십의 영향정도가 클 것이다’를 검정한 결과 행정실장의 변혁적 리더십과 거래적 리더십이 잘 발휘될수록 직원들의 직무 만족 전체가 높아지며 거래적 리더십 보다는 변혁적 리더십의 영향 정도가 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 행정실장의 변혁적 리더십이 잘 발휘될수록 직원들의 근무조건 및 인간관계에 대한 만족도가 높았으며, 거래적 리더십이 잘 발휘될수록 직원들의 직무몰입도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이상을 종합해 보면, 행정실장의 리더십유형과 직원들의 직무만족도간에는 유의한 상관관계가 있으며, 변혁적 리더십과 거래적 리더십 모두 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있다. 하지만 변혁적 리더십에서는 근무조건 및 인간관계 만족이, 거래적 리더십에서는 직무몰입이 유의하게 나타났다. 이는 공무원사회에서 직무를 수행함에 있어 거래적 리더십의 상황적 보상과 예외적관리가 필요한 요소라는 것이다. 행정실장의 변혁적 리더십이 직원들의 내재된 능력을 개발하는 중요한 요소이므로, 앞으로는 행정실장의 변혁적 리더십 강화를 위한 프로그램 개발 및 계속적인 교육이 무엇보다 중요하다고 할 것이다. 〔ABSTRACT〕 A Study on the Relationship between Administrative Chief's Leadership Type and Employees' Job Satisfaction in school - Centering on Elementary & Middle Schools Belonging to Incheon Metropolitan Seobu Office of Education- Lee Hae-gyeong Dept. of Public Administration Graduate School of Public Administration University of Incheon Incheon, Korea The purpose of this study was to examine relationship between administrative chief's leadership type and employees' job satisfaction in school. The aim is to verify theoretical validity centering on Bass's transformational leadership and Burns's transactional leadership from the perspective as saying of properly reflecting characteristics of a leader required by modern society, and to examine which influence this leadership has upon organizational members' job satisfaction. As for data collection, the questionnaire research was carried out targeting staff for administrative office at elementary & middle schools belonging to Incheon Metropolitan Seobu Office of Education. The statistical processing of the collected data was analyzed by utilizing SPSS statistical package program. To grasp difference between leadership type and job satisfaction according to demo-graphic variables, t-test and One-Way ANOVA were carried out. Difference between groups was closely examined. Finally, in order to examine influence of leadership type upon job satisfaction, the correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were used. Given synthesizing the results of research and analysis, those are as follows. First, a significant difference was shown as a result of verifying hypothesis 1. The difference in leadership type was felt by staff according to demographic variables. The significant difference was shown in the result according to class number of the current working school and according to the current working place. The administrative section chief for elementary school was indicated to be higher than the administrative section chief for middle school in the whole of the transactional-leadership level and in the situational compensation. As for the result according to class number of the current working school, the significant difference was indicated in both transformational and transactional leadership. The leadership level was indicated to be highest, especially when the class number was 41~50. Second, as a result of verifying hypothesis 2 as saying that 'there will be significant difference in job satisfaction of being felt by staff according to demo-graphic variables,' the statistically significant awareness level was shown in gender, total working career, and the current working place. According to gender, especially the awareness level of working condition was indicated to be the averagely 3.46. The more working career led to the more significant awareness level in the working condition and job commitment. According to the current working place, the job commitment was higher in elementary school than middle school. Third, as a result of verifying hypothesis 3 as saying that 'leadership type(transformational/transactional) will have influence upon job satisfaction, and the influential level of transformational leadership will be bigger,' the more the administrative section chief displays well the transformational leadership and transactional leadership, the higher staff's whole job satisfaction gets higher. The influential level of transformational leadership was indicated to be bigger than the transactional leadership. The more the administrative section chief displays well the transformational leadership, the higher the staff's satisfaction with working condition and human relations got higher. The more being well displayed transactional leadership was shown to lead to getting higher in staff's job commitment. Given synthesizing, there is significant correlation between administrative section chief's leadership type and staff's job satisfaction. Both transformational leadership and transactional leadership can be known to have influence. However, in the transformational leadership, the satisfaction with the working condition and human relations was indicated significantly. In transactional leadership, the job commitment was indicated significantly. This implies that the situational compensation and exceptional management of transactional leadership is necessary element for performing task in public-official society. The administrative section chief's transformational leadership is important element in developing ability immanent in staff. Thus, it will be said to be important more than anything in the future in developing program for reinforcing administrative section chief's transformational leadership and for continuous education.

      • 외국 며느리를 둔 농촌 시어머니의 수용경험에 관한 연구

        This study was carried out to get practical data for social integration by understanding the essence on the experiences of mother-in-law with foreign-daughter-in-laws(below; FDLs) in rural area, using by Colaizzi's phenomenological research methodology. The lists of interviewees were collected from the public assistance social workers and government officers who have been controling the multi-cultural families in the city hall. The notice and excuses were provided to mother-in-laws by them, and then the research goals and methods were informed 3-5 times through phone and pre-visiting, and home visiting interviews in depth were carried out 1-2 times by researcher. The interviews had been in progress until new results had not appeared according to principle of 'being sufficient' in phenomenological research methodology. Finally six interview contents were analyzed by process of Colaizzi's method. The results are to be summarized as follows; 17 themes emerged from data analysis. ie., 'worrying about her son not married', 'choosing the marriage without her intention', 'considering the FDLs as a woman coming from the poor country', feeling pity for their social and economical status', 'regarding them as real daughter', 'supporting them', 'making them follow the korean patriarchal system', 'enduring negative experience with them in mind', 'thinking of them as beings superficially similar with korean daughter-in-laws', 'communicating well with them by sense', 'recognizing them as superwomen', 'estimating their competence highly', 'feeling that they have had reputation for their performance', 'fearing their escape', 'controling their activities', 'trusting them with anxiety', 'no more hopes', ‘no more differently life’. 6 categories appeared from 17 themes above, and these categories are to be characterized as follows. First, 'choosing without intention' experiences are that interviewee have approved the poor condition of marriage with korean women. Korean rural mother-in-laws have had to decide the international marriage for the sake of their duties. Second, 'accepting with a pity' experiences are that they have had compassion on FDLs. Because korean rural mother-in-laws in superior position have understood and accepted the FDLs in inferior position with patriarchal, benevolent and familial attitude. Third, 'trying to make them like korean' experiences are that they have hoped that FDLs would live well as korean. So they have thought themselves as good initiator to teach korean tradition and culture, and FDLs have had to played their role as the others who would have been educated. Fourth, 'living with superior FDLs' experiences are that they have lived with more excellent FDLs. Because they have considered their daughter-in-law as more competible than other FDLs. Fifth, 'making invisible fences' experiences are that they have invisibly controled FDLs. So they have made FDLs obey their tacit rules. Sixth, 'living well in spite of troubles' experiences are that they have been living well with FDLs. So they have kept on living with FDLs in spite of various troubles. As a conclusion, the essence of experience of korean rural mother-in-laws is to be 'in abandon state, some positive and optimistic acceptance of FDLs' conditions'. Based on above research result, further studies would be suggested for multi-cultural family and society as follows. First, the longitudinal studies on duration of living together would be explored. Because it might be presumed that in this study result, the level of anxiety of escape of FDLs have changed according to time passed. Second, the practical studies on utilization of mass media would be performed for cultural competence. Because mass media is the most powerful influence to change family, community and the state. Third, the studies on model development would proceeded for the multi-cultural family and society in rural community.

      • 결혼이주여성의 이혼 후 삶의 경험

        This study is to focus life experience of female marriage immigrants after divorce and to understand more deeply their identities and needs, so that it could be taken as evidences for social welfare-approached practical and political intervention for the immigrants’adjustment in Korea. Lately the divorces of female marriage immigrants are constantly increasing; it causes various social problems. Above all, the female immigrants have burdens with adjustment to Korean society and new roles, besides loss after divorce. Also, their uniqueness of structural position in the society and the limitation of social relationship give harder time to them. There are many cumulated studies regarding the adjustment of female immigrants; however, studies to help to understand their experience after divorces are rare. For this, this study adopted phenomenological qualitative research methods which can draw the essential meaning of the experience in the position of emic of participants to understand the experience of the immigrants deeply. Especially applying phenomenological and technological research method of Giorgi, it specifically structuralized the individual uniqueness and the contextual structure of the female marriage immigrants’ experience. This study was started by suggesting the question of 'what are the nature and the meaning of living as a female marriage immigrant after divorce in Korean society? 6 immigrants who experienced divorce were selected as participants of this study and in-depth interview were done according to unstructured interview manual. Intentional for sampling method was adopted; selection criteria are as follows: 5 years after divorce, residence in Korea with citizenship or at least legal residence under the divorce procedure. and child rearing experience. The immigrants who used to have the Philippines and Vietnam nationality before marriage and voluntarily participated in this study were the participants. Research was continued from December in 2013 to March in 2014, implemented 1-2 times of depth interview according to feature of participants, interview time was lasted within 1 hour and a half to 2 hours per 1 time. Also, the approval of research from bioethics committee Jeonbuk National University to protect participant ethically was obtained.(IRB Approval number: 2013-11-010-002) The Giorgi’s 4 step procedure of technical phenomenological method was implemented. The structure of experience after divorce of immigrants was led to 8 essential subjects and 24 sub-themes. the results of this study are as follows: <Resentment to be scar>, <Confronting tough life>, <Being lonely in unfamiliar land>, <Suffered from tiresome and difficult divorce proceeding>, <Getting stronger for themselves>, <Finding hope>, < Staying as mother of Korean child>, <Living restlessly as a marginal woman>. The essential of the immigrants with divorcing experience is "a marginalized woman who doesn't belong anywhere and lingers around. The theoretical implications from this study are as follows. This study researched how various identities of woman-foreigner-mom have changed after divorce in order to reveal the deeper experience of the female marriage immigrants in their social situation and context. The findings could be utilized as basic data for seeking practical countermeasures for the immigrants to have better life in Korean society. It suggests the case management could be applied to divorced immigrants for better adjustment in Korea, and also found out that to them, the citizenship not only represents their legal residence and status in Korea but also contains the meaning of being a member of society and the belongingness, which concludes that change in social work perspective toward the immigrants is in need. For practical implications, as the female immigrants suffer from various difficulties-psychological, financial, legal status regarding nationality after divorce, there is a need for new services and programs considering individualized features of them, going beyond current existing assimilation-focused programs. Especially, counseling to prevent divorce, mental health care service, housing support, child rearing expense, integrated case management services etc should be provided. For this, it is required the method which can utilize comprehensively various delivering system such as multicultural family support centers, health and family support centers, mental health centers, social welfare centers in local society. Also multilateral efforts are needed so that marriage immigrants can have identities as Koreans not moms of korean child, illegal aliens, foreigners, intervention of cultural capability program targeting whole nation to improve recognition about social prejudice and discrimination against them should be desperately needed. For political implications, considering the fact that female marriage immigrants are not allowed to receive any benefits of public service during and after divorce, providing there is a urgent need of legal bases to protect their minimum public status. For their self-reliance, multilateral efforts including housing assistance, job opportunity for coexistence of career and family, supporting program of divorce proceeding should be done. Finally, there is a limitation in covering other nationalities of female immigrants rather than Philippines, Vietnam; so the lack of comprehensive experience of immigrants exists. Also, one’s experience after divorce might change differently as time goes by and also as parenting time gets cumulated. Therefore, it suggests utilizing longitudinal study and other adquated methods for more delicately deliver the real experience of the immigrants after divorce

      • 주재원의 심리적 계약에 관한 연구

        This study applies psychological contract theory to identify the content of Korean expatriates' psychological contracts and to examine the specific mechanisms through which perceived breaches of the organization's psychological contract negatively affect expatriates. The research tasks were as follows: First, an analysis of the definition, dimensions, and measurement of psychological contracts was conducted, including a review of domestic studies on psychological contracts through 2020. This comprehensive understanding of existing research on psychological contracts was then compared to international studies. Secondly, previous research on expatriate psychological contracts was reviewed, taking into account limitations and suggestions from existing studies. It was concluded that there is a need to broaden the application of theories, taking into account the unique roles and work characteristics of expatriates, and to improve the measurement of psychological contract fulfillment and breach. In addition, the study revealed a need to examine the incidence and causes of perceived breaches and violations of the organizational psychological contract, as well as a need to longitudinally examine the negative effects of such violations using multiple measurement points. Third, Study 1 used in-depth interviews with 14 current or former expatriates to explore their psychological contracts in Korean companies and to identify typical events and causes of perceived breaches. Directed content analysis was used to organize the interview data. Fourth, Study 2 built on the contract content identified in Study 1 and addressed the limitations and discussions from previous research. An empirical research model was proposed and validated through a survey of Korean expatriates. Recognizing the resource-poor nature of the expatriate work environment, the study explained the consequences of organizational psychological contract violations by applying resource conservation theory and examining expatriates' stress coping strategies. The theoretical implications of this study enhance the understanding of expatriates' psychological contracts by identifying their contents and confirming their fit in the Korean context through a qualitative approach. By explaining the negative effects of perceived psychological contract violations in terms of resource conservation theory and stress coping strategies, this study complements existing social exchange theory. Furthermore, the study specifies how social support from various stakeholders can influence expatriates' stress coping strategies in specific situations. On a practical level, this study suggests organizational interventions and provides guidance for effectively managing expatriates' psychological contracts by examining cases of contract violations and classifying them according to their causes. The study advances the expatriate management literature by improving the understanding of the content of Korean expatriates' psychological contracts, providing a mechanism to explain the negative effects of psychological contract violations, and proposing an alternative framework for expatriate management based on resource conservation theory and coping strategy theory. 본 연구는 심리적 계약이론에 기반하여 한국 기업 주재원의 심리적 계약 내용을 확인하고 조직의 심리적 계약위반이 초래하는 부적인 영향의 구체적인 매커니즘을 고찰한다. 이를 위해 다음과 같은 연구과제들을 수행하였다. 첫째, 심리적 계약의 개념을 정의, 하위차원, 측정 관점에서 구분하고 2020년까지의 심리적 계약에 관한 국내 연구들을 정리하고 분석하였다. 이를 통해 심리적 계약에 관한 기존 연구들을 종합적으로 이해하고 해외 연구들과 비교 논의하였다. 둘째, 주재원의 심리적 계약에 관한 선행연구들을 확인하여 기존 연구의 보완점을 논의의 출발점으로 삼았다. 주재원의 역할과 업무특성을 감안해 선행연구에서 적용된 이론을 확장하고 주재원의 심리적 계약이행과 위반 측정에 관한 정합성을 제고할 필요가 있음을 확인하였다. 주재원이 인지한 조직의 심리적 계약위반 사건과 원인을 이해하고 측정시점을 분리해 심리적 계약위반의 부적 영향을 엄밀하게 관찰할 필요가 있었다. 셋째, 한국 기업에 소속된 주재원의 심리적 계약 내용을 확인하고 주재원들이 위반을 인지하는 대표적인 사건과 그 원인을 파악하였다. 이를 위해 현재 주재원 업무를 수행 중이거나 최근까지 주재원이었던 귀임인력 14명을 심층 인터뷰하고 인터뷰 내용을 지시적 내용분석방법으로 정리하였다(연구 1). 넷째, 기존 주재원의 심리적 계약 연구에서 제기된 한계와 논의를 기반으로 주재원의 업무환경을 자원이 부족하기 쉬운 환경으로 보고 조직의 심리적 계약위반이 초래하는 결과를 자원보존이론과 주재원의 스트레스 대처 전략으로 설명하였다(연구 2). 본 연구는 질적 접근을 통해 한국기업 주재원들의 심리적 계약 내용을 확인하고 구체적으로 어떠한 특징을 갖는지 개념적으로 확인하였다는 이론적 시사점을 가진다. 주재원이 인지한 심리적 계약의 위반감정이 초래한 부적 영향을 자원보존이론과 스트레스 대처 전략으로 설명함으로써 사회교환이론으로 설명이 제한적이었던 부분을 보완하였다. 또한, 주재원의 스트레스 대처 전략 사용이라는 특정 상황에서 다양한 이해관계자들의 사회적 지지가 어떻게 주재원의 업무 적응에 영향을 미칠 수 있는지 구체화하였다는 의의가 있다. 실무적으로는 주재원의 심리적 계약 위반 사건을 청취하고 원인별로 분류함으로써 실질적인 조직의 개입방향을 제안하고 주재원의 심리적 계약을 어떻게 관리할 것인가에 대한 현실적인 고민의 방향을 제시하였다. 나아가, 조직의 인재관리 차원에서 주목도가 높은 주재원을 심리적 계약이론과 자원보존이론을 통해 살펴봄으로써 주재원 관리에 대안적인 프레임을 제안하였다.

      • 산재환자의 심리적응에 관한 질적 연구

        2011년 산업재해로 인한 사상자는 사망 2,114명, 부상 84,662명, 업무상 질병 6,516명이었다. 본 연구는 산업재해를 당한 근로자들에 대한 심층적인 정보수집을 목적으로 이루어졌다. 자료수집은 참가자의 서면 동의를 받은 후 이야기식 면접방법으로 시행했으며 진술을 모두 녹음했다. 면담 시간은 평균 1시간이고 면담장소는 병원이었다. 연구대상은 산재환자 중 근로복지공단에서 시행하는 산재근로자 심리재활 프로그램인 '2013 희망찾기 사업' 에 참가한 사람 8명이다. 성별은 남자 5명, 여자 3명, 요양상태는 입원 3명, 통원 5명이었다. 심리적 문제는 분노, 우울, 자살사고, 악몽, 공포, 미안함인 것으로 나타났다. 분노를 느낀 경우는 5명이었고, 분노에 영향을 미친 요인은 4가지였다. 산업재해사실을 은폐하기 위해 119에 신고하지 않고 위중한 상태의 근로자를 사고현장에 장시간 방치한 것, 작업장에서 다친 것이 아니라고 거짓진술을 강요한 것, 산재인정을 받기 위해 노무사에게 의뢰한 것과 의료 수가 및 간병비 문제였다. 우울감을 느낀 경우는 5명으로 우울의 원인은 4가지였다. 가족에 대한 걱정과 ‘왜 내게 이런 일이 생겼을까?’하는 부정적 사고, 성취감의 상실, 미래에 대한 두려움이었다. 악몽에 시달린 사람은 2명으로 사고당시의 상황이 재현되며 소리를 지르거나, 캄캄한 절벽을 기어오르는 꿈을 반복적으로 꾼 것으로 나타났다. 공포의 주요인은 수술과 주사였다. 신체 손상 정도가 심해 수차례의 수술을 받아야 하는 경우 공포심을 느꼈고, 수술횟수와 비례해 공포심도 커진 것으로 나타났다. 자살사고를 경험한 사람은 4명으로 자살사고의 원인은 장기간의 진통제 복용, 입원기간 중 겪는 통증과 우울감 때문인 것으로 나타났다. 미안함을 느낀다는 사람은 5명이었다. 자신의 부재로 인해 동료들의 작업량이 늘어나는 것에 대한 미안함과 가족들에게 물적, 심적 곤란을 겪게 해 미안하다고 진술했다. 재해는 입었지만 가족의 소중함을 알게 되어 감사하다고 한 사람은 3명이었다. 본 연구는 산업재해 환자들의 심리적응에 관한 질적연구로 산재환자들과의 면담을 통해 이루어졌지만 소수의 사람들을 대상으로 한 것으로 전체 산재근로자들의 의견을 대변한 것으로 보기에는 어려움이 있다. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 결과를 토대로 더 많은 근로자들을 대상으로 한 양적 연구와 심층 면담을 통한 질적 연구가 이루어진다면 산재환자들을 위한 보다 나은 정책을 수립하는 데 도움이 될 수 있을 것이다.

        하이드록시 나일레드에 기초한 수은 이온에 선택적인 새로운 도시미터를 개발하였다. 2-하이드록시 나일레드의 선택적인 수은화는 수용액 상의 조건에서 수은 이온에 대하여 뛰어난 발색 변화와 형광 변화의 특성을 나타낸다. 화합물 1은 50% 메탄올 수용액에서 생리학적으로 중요한 금속 이온들과 같이 존재하고 있는 상태에서 수은 이온에 대하여 선택적인 ON-OFF 형태로 36배 이상 형광 세기가 감소하는 신호를 보여준다. 또한 UV 스펙트럼상에서는 20nm 가량의 파장 변화가 관찰되었다. 검출한계는 2.8 x 10-5 M 이었다. 이러한 선택적인 신호화 특성은 2-하이드록시 나일레드가 1,6 위치에 선택적인 수은화 반응으로 인해 mercurated 하이드록시 나일레드로 화학적인 변화를 하기 때문이라는 사실을 NMR 을 통해서 입증할 수 있었다. New Hg2+-selective chemodosimeter based on 2-hydroxy Nile Red has been investigated. Dosimeter 1 was found to show very selective chromogenic response toward Hg2+ ions. Selective mercuration of 2-hydroxy Nile Red resulted in pronounced chromogenic and fluorogenic signaling of Hg2+ ions in aqueous environments. Compound 1 exhibited selective signaling toward Hg2+ ions in the presence of other common coexistent physiologically important metal ions. 1H NMR studies revealed that the selective mercuration was effected on 1,6-position of 2-hydroxy Nile Red.

        본 연구는 환경 동화를 활용한 동극 활동이 유아의 언어 표현력 및 자연 친화적 태도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 이와 같은 연구 목적에 따라 다음과 같은 연구문제를 설정하였다. 1. 환경 동화를 활용한 동극 활동이 유아의 언어 표현력에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가? 2. 환경 동화를 활용한 동극 활동이 유아의 자연 친화적 태도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가? 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아를 대상으로 한 환경 동화를 활용한 동극 활동은 유아의 언어 표현력에 향상시키는데 긍정적인 효과가 있었다. 둘째, 유아를 대상으로 한 환경 동화를 활용한 동극 활동은 유아의 자연 환경에 대한 선호 의식을 향상시키는데 긍정적인 효과가 있었다. 그러나 자연 친화적 태도 전체 및 하위 요소 중 동&#8228;식물에 대한 애호와 관심, 생명에 대한 존중 의식 향상에는 긍정적인 효과가 나타나지 않았다 이와 같이 환경 동화를 활용한 동극 활동이 유아의 언어 표현력 및 자연 친화적 태도 중 자연 환경에 대한 선호 의식을 향상시키는데 효과적이었다고 할 수 있다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of children's play activities using environment fairy tales on young children's language expression abilities and nature-friendly attitudes. For that purpose, the following research questions were set: 1. What kind of impact do children's play activities using environment fairy tales have on young children's language expression abilities? 2. What kind of impact do children's play activities using environment fairy tales have on young children's nature-friendly attitudes? The research findings can be summarized as follows: First, the children's play activities using environment fairy tales targeting young children had positive impacts on improving their language expression abilities. Second, the activities also had positive influence on improving their favorable perceptions of natural environments except for the overall nature-friendly attitude and some of its subelements, namely love for and interest in animals and plants and respect for life. In short, the children's play activities using environment fairy tales were effective in improving the young children's language expression abilities and favorable perceptions of natural environments of nature-friendly attitudes.
