The authors present the fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) cytologic findings of a case of extranodal marginal zone B cell lymphoma (MZBCL), which featured abundant plasma cells and eosinophilic histiocytes arising in both parotid glands. A 49-year-old female presented with palpable masses in both parotid glands. She had been suffering from systemic lupus erythematosus and rheumatoid arthritis. The lesions were evaluated by FNAC and smears showed a small number of clusters of oncocytic cells with abundant eosinophilic granular cytoplasm and small nuclei, intermixed with small to medium-sized lymphoid cells containing round to lobulated nuclei, which suggested Warthin's tumor. Some of lymphoid cells had a plasmacytoid appearance, and some scattered large cells contained a large amount of eosinophilic cytoplasm. Bilateral superficial parotidectomy was performed and a histopathologic study indicated MZBCL with abundant plasma cells, intermixed with eosinophilic histiocytes. The presence of oncocytic cells and a mixture of lymphoid and plasma cells indicates Warthin's tumor, but the cytologic features of a relatively monotonous small to medium-sized lymphoid infiltrate suggest the possibility of MZBCL in the clinical setting of an FNAC study performed on a patient suffering from a connective tissue disease.

The supply and demand of mushrooms has increased dramatically as the standard of living has increased and the nutritional and medical value of the mushrooms has been discovered. However, in meeting the demand, the profitability of the mushroom is being reduced. Even though there are many different types of and uses for mushrooms, the overall output production for the last ten years has consistently increased 5.9% per year, and for the last five years('00~'04) 5.2 % per year, and for the last 3 years('02~'04) 2.9% per year- the rate of increase has slowed. Looking at the standard gross income from mushroom production, it has increased 5.2% over the last nine years('95~'03), 1.6% over the last 4 years('00~'03), and 3.2% over the last 3 years('02~'04)-the annual gross income is decreasing. Even though the farmers are producing more mushrooms, the annual gross income is not increasing enough to keep up with the production, and therefore the profitability of mushrooms is decreasing. Since 2002, the constant increase of the output of edible mushrooms such as the Common Mushroom, Oyster Mushroom, King Oyster Mushroom and Winter Mushroom has resulted in a price declines. Before 2004, Korea mainly exported mushrooms, but after 2004 Korea mainly imported mushrooms. The mushroom industry of Korea is nearing the end of the stage of 'supplying domestic demand.' The stages are as follows: demand raised ${\rightarrow}$ supply domestic demand ${\rightarrow}$ export ${\rightarrow}$ country with developed mushroom industry. Therefore, we should have an efficient system to promote the exportation of mushrooms. Not only the exportation of mushroom itself but also the exportation of mushroom spawn, cultivation techniques and processing facilities should be our goal when we formulate the policy.
도메인간 보안 정보 공유를 통한 협력 대응 프레임워크 설계

Recently, cyber attacks against public communications networks are getting more complicated and varied. Moreover, in some cases, one country could make systematic attacks at a national level against another country to steal its confidential information and intellectual property. Therefore, the issue of cyber attacks is now regarded as a new major threat to national security. The conventional way of operating individual information security systems such as IDS and IPS may not be sufficient to cope with those attacks committed by highly-motivated attackers with significant resources. In this paper, we discuss the technologies and standard trends about actual cyber threat and response methods, design the collaborative response framework based on the security information sharing in the inter-domain environments. The computation method of network threat level based on the collaborative response framework is proposed. The network threats are be quickly detected and real-time response can be executed using the proposed computation method. 국가 및 공공기관의 정보통신망에 대한 최근의 사이버공격은 날로 지능화 고도화 되어 갈 뿐 아니라 심지어 경쟁상대국이 국가기밀이나 첨단산업기술 절취를 위해 국가차원에서 조직적으로 감행하는 경우도 있어 새로운 국가안보의 위협요소로 대두되고 있다. 이러한 사이버공격에 효율적으로 대응하기 위해서는 기존의 정보보호시스템 운용만으로는 한계가 있어 사이버공격을 실시간 탐지, 분석 대응하는 협력 대응 프레임워크가 그 중요성을 더해가고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 사이버 위협 실태와 대응방안에 대한 기술 및 표준화 동향을 살펴보고, 도메인간 보안 정보 공유를 위한 협력 대응 프레임워크를 설계한다. 협력 대응 프레임워크에서 보안 정보 공유 기반 네트워크 위험도 산출 방식을 제안한다. 이를 기반으로 네트워크 위험 상황을 신속하게 탐지하여 보안 정책에 따라 실시간적인 행동을 수행할 수 있도록 하는 것이 가능하다.

A hardware implementation of Hilbert transform is indespensible element in DSP system, but it suffers form a high complexity of system level hardware resulted in a large amount of the used gate. In this paper, we implemented the Hilbert transformer using MAG algorithm that reduces the complexity of hardware.

In this paper, we propose an automation system to verify the cryptographic modules. The automation system is the cryptographic verification tool that integrates the specific test technologies and manage the test results. The requirement of design and implementation for cryptographic verification system is described. We also describe the domestic cryptographic verification policy and CC to examine the information security products and to provide the enhancement of verification technology. The function requirement of automation tool for cryptographic software is produced to analyze the stability of encryption algorithm and to verify the safety evaluation. Cryptographic Software verification system is designed and implemented.
안전한 RFID 환경을 위한 태그-리더 상호 인증 프로토콜

Tags and Readers is receiving and sending the data using the wireless communication in the RFID environment. Therefore, it could allow an attacker to participate in the network without the physical constraints, which can be easily exposed to a variety of attacks, such as taps and data forgery. Also, it is not easy to apply the security techniques to defend external attacks because the resource constraints of RFID tags is high. In this paper, new tag-reader mutual authentication protocol is proposed to protect the external cyber attacks such as spoofing attacks, replay attacks, traffic analysis attacks, location tracking attacks. The performance evaluation of the proposed mutual authentication protocol is performed and the simulation results are presented.

탄소 / 탄소 복합재에 화학증착된 탄화규소의 증착속도 및 막의 특성에 미치는 증착조건의 영향

The effect of different deposition parameters such as deposition time, deposition temperature, total flow rate, mole fraction of reactant(MTS : CH₃SiCl₃) on the deposition rate of SiC on carbon/carbon composites was studied to obtain information on the improvement of oxidation resistance. The deposition process was found out to be activated process with surface reaction as the limiting step up to 950℃, and to be process with mass transport limiting above 950℃. The apparent activation energy obtained were about 28.2 Kcal/mole, 4.5 Kcal/mole, respectively. The film thickness and deposition rate increased linearly with the deposition time. The deposition rate was increased with increasing the mole fraction of CH₃SiCl₃, too. The improvement of the oxidation resistance of carbon/carbon composites can be achieved since oxidation initiation temperature, increased from 450℃ to 820℃ after SiC deposition.

Internet of Thing is a collection of various technical components, and the interworking among heterogeneous devices, networks, applications is expected to be accelerated through the openness of IoT platform. For this reason, many technical and administrative security threats will occur in IoT environments. In this paper, authentication methods of recent researches are analyzed for safe IoT services, and new mutual authentication protocol is proposed to provide more secure communication. The proposed protocol prevents an impersonation as malicious gateway or illegal device providing mutual authentication between gateway and IoT device. The performance analysis and evaluation of proposed authentication protocol are performed.

우리나라 에너지 정책의 전환적 특성: 전환관리 이론을 중심으로

Recently, national energy policy tends to be approached with the long-term perspective because it became harder to cope with various energy issues fundamentally only through the short-term and piecemeal approaches. To deal with energy policy from a long-term perspective, we need new governing approach that differs from established short-term perspective. In this context, research efforts to apply transition management theory to long-term energy policy are receiving attention. In this paper, we suggest extended transition management model based on case study of Dutch energy transition model and review the transition management traits of long-term energy policy of Korea. We conclude that transition thinking and approaches are diffusing widely in the long-term energy policy formation processes, but also can find various issues that are needed to be addressed for effective transition management especially in the energy policy implementation processes.
