초기의 단순 X선 촬영술 대 자기공명영상: 소아성 대퇴골두 무혈성 괴사증에서 예후 예측성 비교

목적: 소아성 대퇴골두 무혈성 괴사증의 추적 단순 X선 촬영술에서 대퇴 골단의 구형 모양을 유지하는 것을 기준으로 좋은 예후를 기대할 수 있는 환자를 찾는데에 자기공명영상이 진단당시 단순 X선 촬영술보다 우월한지 여부를 알아보 기 위함이 목적이다. 대상 및 방법: 소아성 대퇴골두 무혈성 괴사증을 가진 41명의 환자에서 48예의 대퇴 골두의 진단 당시 단순 X선 촬영술과 자기공명영상을 후향적으로 분석하였다. 대퇴 골두 침범은 초기 단순 X선 촬영술과 자기공명영상을 Catterall 분류를 이용하여 평가하였다. 최대 대퇴 골두 변형으로 결정되는 예후는 추적 단순 X선 촬영술에서 Stulberg 분류에 의해 평가되었다. 결과: 자기공명영상에서 Catterall 분류가 1보다 큰 경우에는 추적 단순 X선 촬영술에서 대퇴 골두 기형의 나쁜 예후 (Stulberg class>2) 를 보이는 환자를 발견하는 데에 100% 민감도 (14/14) 을 보였다. 단순 X선 촬영술에서는 57% (8/14) 의 낮은 민감도를 보였다. 자기공명영상의 특이도는 21% (7/34) 였고, 단순 X선 촬영술의 특이도인 32%(11/34) 와 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 결론: 자기공명영상에서 Catterall 분류1은 소아성 대퇴골두 무혈성 괴사증의 좋은 예후를 시사한다. 대퇴 골두의 더욱 광범위한 침범을 가진 환자들도 좋은 결과를 보일 수 있으나, 그들은 대퇴 골두의 구형 모양을 소실하고 수반되는 골관절염을 성인에서 보일 위험성이 있다. 자기공명영상은 좋은 예후를 가진 환자 집단을 파악하는데 단순 X선 촬영술보다 우월하다.

The whole genome sequence of the argyrin- and tubulysinproducing myxobacterium Archangium gephyra KYC5002 was analyzed. The genome of A. gephyra KYC5002 was assembled into a 13,249,988 bp circular genome with a G + C content of 68.8%, containing 10,298 protein-coding genes, 12 rRNA genes, and 95 tRNA genes. In the A. gephyra KYC5002 genome, 53 secondary metabolite biosynthetic gene clusters (BGCs) were detected in 46 regions; the total length of these genes was 6.81% of the total genome. The genome was predicted to contain BGCs for argyrins, carotenoids, DKxanthenes, gephyronic acid, geosmins, microviridins, myxochellins, and tubulysins.
언어유형학적 관점에서 본 한국어 학습자의 주제중심어적 특성 발달

The purpose of this study is to analyse Korean language learners' interlanguage development of topic-prominent characteristics focused on subject ellipsis, topic markers 'un/nun', and double-nominative construction from the perspective of the type of language and to investigate whether the result supports language transfer or universal grammar. To conduct an experiment, the learner‘s writing materials were collected from beginning learners under six months and advanced learners over eighteen months who came from China and America, and ten Korean native speakers. They watched a silent film named "Mr. Bean", then wrote a story about the film. As a conclusion, the result showed that subject ellipsis, topic markers 'un/nun', and double-nominative construction appeared as same with native Korean speakers in spite of learners' native language and the spending time of learning Korean. This study also found out that learners showed strong use of topic prominent characteristics no matter their native language at the early stage of development. These results support the view of universal grammar.
오갈피나무 열매로부터 분리된 페놀성 화합물의 항산화 활성

In this study, five antioxidative compounds were purified and isolated from the fruits of Eleutherococcus sessiliflorus (E. sessiliflorus) by octadecylsilane and silica gel column chromatography. These compounds were identified as cyanidin 3-O-lathyroside (1), chlorogenic acid (2), caffeoylquinic acid methyl ester (3), pinoresinol-4,4'-diβ-D-glucopyranoside (4), and pinoresinol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (5), based on ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography(UHPLC) with electrospray ionization-quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometer (ESI-QTOF-MS) and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) analysis. These compounds were evaluated for 2,2'-azino-bis (3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) (ABTS+ ) radical-scavenging activity and ferric reducing antioxidant power (FRAP). Compounds 1-5 showed ABTS+ radical-scavenging activity and FRAP. In particular, anthocyanin (1) showed higher ABTS+ radical-scavenging activity and FRAP values than phenylpropanoic acids (2, 3) and pinoresinol glucosides (4, 5). The catechol group in their structures was postulated to be a potential active site for antioxidant activity. These results indicate that compounds 1-5 may partially contribute to the antioxidant effects of E. sessiliflorus fruits, making them useful materials for the preparation of blended teas. Compound 1, identified as a major constituent in the E. sessiliflorus fruits, may also serve as a marker compound for quality control of blended teas.

This study examines the complexity of tasks in selecting Korean language textbooks. To analyze the task complexity, this study first extracted the tasks from Korean textbooks and analyzed the cognition complexity of each task, focusing on resource-directing factors (here and now, few elements, causal reasoning, intentional reasoning, and perspective-taking) and resource-dispersing factors (prior knowledge, single tasks) by reorganizing the appropriate factors of Robinson’s (2007) task complexity factors. This study sought to examine how textbooks progress from the simplest to the most complex tasks within each Korean textbook and across levels (beginner, intermediate, and advanced). After classifying the level of task complexity across textbook levels, the result showed that simple tasks showed low distribution and the complex tasks showed high distribution as the textbook level progressed. Furthermore, Korean textbooks showed a linear progression of task complexity across levels, but they did not show such aspects per unit within each Korean textbook level.

We analyzed the variations in the CO2 concentration and temperature between a CO2-enriched and control greenhouse. We cultivated Alstroemeria ‘Hanhera’ in the two greenhouses and assessed the growth parameters (stem length, stem thickness, and the number of flowers) and yield. The CO2-enriched greenhouse had a CO2 generator that produced CO2 at rate of 0.36 kg/h and its windows were programmed to open when the temperature exceeded 20℃ and close when it dropped below 15℃. The control greenhouse had no additional CO2 supplementation, and its windows were programmed to open when the temperature exceeded 20℃ and close at approximately 17:00. In the morning, CO2 concentration remained above 500 ppm in the CO2-enriched greenhouse, which was higher than that in the control greenhouse (approximately 370 ppm). The ventilation effect only through the side windows to reduce the temperature in both greenhouses did not appear dynamically. CO2 supplementation promoted plant growth, resulting in a significant increase in plant yield of over 60% compared to that of the control greenhouse. Our findings suggest that elevated CO2 concentration in the morning can significantly promote the growth and development of Alstroemeria during the winter.

한국어 고급 학습자의 문법성 판단 능력과 개인차 변인 연구

본 연구는 한국어 고급 학습자의 문법성 판단 능력과 개인차 변인을 살피는 데에 그 목적이 있다. 101명의 한국어 학습자를 대상으로 숙달도 평가와 문법성 판단 능력 평가를 실시하였으며, 학습자의 개인차 변인을 살펴보기 위해 복합음운단기기억(Phonemic Short Time Memory, 이하 PSTM), 연속 반응 검사(Serial Reaction Time Test, 이하 SRTT), 단어 쌍 검사(Paired Associates Test, 이하 PAT), LCP 설문을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 상위 등급에서 여전히 부사격 조사, 보조사 ‘은/는’(대조), 과거 회상 선어말어미 ‘-더-’, 명사형 전성어미 ‘-(으)ㅁ/기’, 과거 회상 관형사형 전성어미 ‘-던’, 부사형 연결어미 ‘-아/어서’와 ‘-느라고’, 인용 표현 항목에 대해 어려움을 보였으며, 개별 문법 항목에 따라 개인차 변인의 영향이 조금씩 상이하나, 전반적으로 전문적이고 특수한 상황에서의 언어 활동 시간이 큰 영향을 미쳤다. The purpose of thisstudy is to examine the relationships between grammatical judgement competenceand individual difference variables. For data collection, this study had 101 Koreanlearners perform Mini-TOPIK, GJT, PSTM, SRTT, PAT, and LCP. Mini-TOPIKwas developed to measure proficiency, GJT was used to measure grammaticalityjudgment competence and PSTM, SRTT, PAT and LCP were used to measureindividual difference variables. The main findings include: (i) The difficult featureswith low accuracy rates were adverbial particles, the auxiliary particle ‘un/nun’, theretrospective prefinal ending ‘-de-’, the nominalizing ending, the retrospectiveadnominal ‘-deon’, the conjunctive ending ‘-aseo/eoseo’ and ‘-nerago’, andquotation expressions. (ii) The influence of individual difference variables varieddepending on individual grammatical items.
