FTA is the key post in international trade policy together with WTO. This paper studies the appraisal of bilateral Free Trade Association among Korea and Chile which has been started from April of last year. After FTA our actual results of export to Chile has been increased as forecasted but import from Chile hasn't increased as anxiety. Also Korea $\cdot$ Chile FTA gives us a political suggestion for propulsion of FTA with another countries hereafter.
과학기술의 두 얼굴 - 우리나라에도 상륙한 생명공학 특허전쟁

21세기는 생명공학 전쟁시대라고 일컫는다. 실제로 생명복제 특허전쟁은 우리나라에도 이미 상륙했다. 복제양 돌리를 탄생시킨 로슬린연구소가 복제기술에 대한 국내 특허출원을 냈기 때문이다. 그런데 문제는 이런 전쟁이 시민의 동의없이 수행되고 있다는 것이다. 우리나라는 현재 생명공학의 경쟁력 확보와 시민적 합의라는 두마리의 토끼를 잡아야 하는 딜레마에 빠져 있는 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to provide the basic data for architectural planning of the library building for preserving ancient documents through analysis of the spatial composition(facility program, area ratio, space zoning, circulation system). This study suggests an outcome as follows. First, The facility program of the archives is composed with four kind functional area ; collection area, user area, administrative/management area, and service/public area ; Second, through the case studies, it was proven that more space was given to the collection area such as the preservation part when compared to other areas(39~56%). Third, there are some traits found based on the location of the stack room of the specialized libraries, the location of the preservation department, and the existence of the loading and unloading area. Fourth, it shows that the organization is related to the movement routes.

In the modern aviation environment, automation technology has greatly improved safety and operational efficiency. However in major aircraft accidents, it has been repeatedly confirmed that increased reliance on automation is a new type of risk factor. This study focused on several transportation aircraft accidents which are evaluated as representative accidents related to automation, and compared and analyzed the direct and indirect effects of mode recognition failure, manual flying skill gradation, loss of situational awareness (SA), and weakened crew resource management (CRM). Those issues are the key motivation for international regulatory agencies such as ICAO, FAA, and EASA to adopt competency-based training (CBT) and evidence-based training (EBT), including upset upset prevention and recovery training (UPRT), automation error response training, and manual flight enhancement. This study aims to derive common patterns in the areas of automation design, pilot training, and human factors.
