『삼국유사』의 백제 불교 인식 -「무왕」조를 중심으로-

Within the diverse and vast body of research on Baekje Buddhism, it is difficult to find studies that investigate narrative characteristics focusing specifically on the Baekje Buddhist entries in Samguk Yusa. Furthermore, as most studies targeting Samguk Yusa are Silla-centric, it is necessary to examine whether the inclusion criteria and narrative attitudes of Silla Buddhist entries are equally applied to those of Baekje and Goguryeo Buddhism. Accordingly, this paper examines the characteristics of the descriptions related to Baekje Buddhism recorded in Samguk Yusa and the perceptions of the compiler contained therein, focusing on the ‘King Mu’ section. First, the part most noted is the perception of Baekje Buddhism centered on Maitreya faith. By organizing the ‘King Mu’ section into the Gii(紀異) part and describing the origin of the construction of Mireuksa Temple, the author intended to emphasize that King Mu was a Chakravartin(轉輪聖王) who personally revered Maitreya and that Baekje was a land with a karmic connection(有緣國土) through the appearance of the Maitreya Triad and the construction process of filling in the pond. This shows that Mireuksa was recognized not as a center for creating temples or stone pagodas, but as an aspect of King Mu's representative Buddhist achievement. Additionally, it is characteristic that by setting the Iksan region as a place of karmic connection for the appearance of Maitreya, a status comparable to the capital was granted in terms of Buddhism during the reign of King Mu. This narrative trend centered on Maitreya faith is also consistently found in the ‘Mireuk Seonhwa, Misirang, and Monk Jinja’ section, where the Silla monk Jinja meets the incarnation of Maitreya at Suweonsa Temple in Gongju, a Baekje region. Meanwhile, the description of Baekje Buddhism in Samguk Yusa significantly highlights the connection with the Silla Buddhist community. In the ‘King Mu’ section, records are included stating that King Mu united with Princess Seonhwa, the daughter of King Jinpyeong of Silla, and that King Jinpyeong sent craftsmen to help build Mireuksa Temple; it also emphasized that Monk Jimyeong of Sajasa Temple played a decisive role in King Mu's accession and the founding of Mireuksa by exercising supernatural powers to send gold to Silla. Furthermore, it recorded cases such as the fact that the Goguryeo monk Bodeok moved to Mount Godalsan in Jeonju, a Baekje region, and that Wonhyo and Uisang were recorded to have learned from him. These records of exchange between Baekje and Silla show that, regardless of the political situation at the time, ideological and cultural exchanges were possible through the medium of the Buddhist community, such as monks and craftsmen. Furthermore, by showing that the teachings of the Nirvana and Vaipulya Sutras were commonly believed in the Three Kingdoms centered on Bodeok, it can be seen as reflecting the intention of the compiler of Samguk Yusa to reveal that the foundation for the Silla-centered integration of the Three Kingdoms had been prepared early on. The description of Baekje Buddhism in Samguk Yusa can be said to show the characteristics of emphasizing the authority of the Baekje king and the Buddhist status of the state through Maitreya faith, while simultaneously highlighting the Buddhist connectivity among the Three Kingdoms by actively recording the aspects of Buddhist exchange with Silla.

본 연구에서는 3차원 체간 안정화 및 동적자세균형 시스템의 기울임 운동에 대한 자세 제어 및 재활 훈련 활성화에 대해서 고찰하고자 한다. 체간 근육은 신체의 안정성과 정향성을 유지하는데 중요한 부분이며 체간 근육 기능 향상에 따라 자세균형이 유지된다. 최근 동적자세균형 능력을 향상시키는 운동요법이 많이 개발되어 있으며 이를 효과적으로 보조하는 운동기기에 대한 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 20대 성인 남성 30명을 대상으로 다방향 기울임 운동 시 체간의 근활성도와 족압을 측정하였다. 측정 근육은 좌·우 복직근, 척추기립근이다. 기울임 방향은 AP(Anterior-Posterior), LR(Left-Right)이며 30도 각도까지 기울임 운동을 실시하였다. 근전도 데이터는 RMS방법으로 통계분석을 하고, 분석 결과 전방 기울임 시 척추기립근이 활성화되었고, 후방 기울임 시 복직근이 활성화되었다. 이는 운동방향과 반대방향의 근육이 사용됨으로써 인체가 균형을 유지할 수 있도록 도와주는 것이라 사료된다. 족압 분석 결과 전방 기울임 시 좌·우 족부 압력의 평균값은 비슷하게 나타났으며 Anterior방향으로 이동 시 발의 Anterior영역이 활성화되었다. 연구결과로, 외부 자극에 따른 균형 유지 시 뇌파 특성을 분석하였다. 예측할 수 없는 외부 자극이 주어지는 상황에서 균형 유지 시 EEG의 주파수 변화를 분석하여 자극 전·후에 따른 대뇌 피질의 활성을 비교하고자 하였다. 뇌파 분석 결과, 갑작스런 외부 자극에 따른 균형 유지 시 시각 유무에 따른 결과에서 눈을 떴을 때 보다 감았을 때 인체 동요 각도가 더 커졌으며 대뇌 피질 Pz 영역의 감마 주파수는 낮아지고 체간 및 하지 근육은 더 많이 사용되었다. In this study, we investigated postural control and rehabilitation training activation for tilting exercises in a 3D trunk stabilization and dynamic posture balance system. Trunk muscles are an important part of maintaining body stability and orientation, and postural balance is maintained as trunk muscle function improves. Recently, many exercise therapies have been developed to improve dynamic postural balance, and much research is being conducted on exercise devices that effectively assist with this system. Trunk muscle activity and foot pressure were measured during multidirectional tilting exercises for 30 adult men in their 20s. The muscles measured are the left and right rectus abdominis muscles and erector spinae muscles. The tilting direction was AP (Anterior-Posterior), LR (Left-Right). The result of muscular activities data were analyzed by RMS and statistical analysis. The results showed that the anterior tilt exercise activated the erector spine muscles and the posterior tilt exercise activated rectus abdominis muscles. It is believed that this helps the human body to maintain balance by using the muscle in the direction opposite to the direction of motion. In addition, we analyzed the characteristics of brain waves when maintaining balance in response to sudden external stimulation. We attempted to compare cerebral cortical activity before and after stimulation by analyzing EEG frequency changes when maintaining balance in situations where unpredictable external stimulation is given. As a result of EEG(electroencephalographic) analysis when maintaining balance due to a sudden external stimulus, the body sway angle was larger when the eyes were closed than when the eyes were open, and the gamma frequency in the Pz area of the cerebral cortex was lower and the trunk and lower extremity muscles were more active when maintaining balance due to a sudden external stimulus.
고대 전북의 해양 신앙과 불교 -부안 죽막동 제사유적을 중심으로-

전북 서해안은 고대부터 현재에 이르기까지 한반도와 중국, 일본을 잇는 동북아시아 교류의 현장이다. 그만큼 이곳에 자리 잡았던 이들은 이른 시기부터 대외교류를 통한 발전을이뤄나갔다. 이러한 환경은 해안가를 중심으로 해양 신앙의 발달을 촉발하였는데, 그 대표적 유적지가 바로 부안 죽막동 제사유적이다. 죽막동 유적에 대해서는 현재까지 발굴된 유물의 출토 양상을 통해 시기적으로 그 특징을 짐작해볼 수 있을 뿐이었으므로, 본고에서는제사 양상의 변화를 불교, 특히 관음신앙과의 관련성 속에서 계기적으로 이해해 보았다. 먼저 죽막동 유적의 유물 출토 현황을 살펴 시기별로 양상이 다르게 나타나는 이유를해당 지역의 마한에서 백제로의 변화와 불교의 전래라는 요인 때문으로 해석하였다. 나아가6세기 중반 이후 해양 제사 비중이 더욱 축소되는 것은 불교의 전래를 넘어 백제 관음신앙의 확산이 영향을 미친 것으로 보았다. 다만 죽막동 제사의 재래신의 역할은 관음신앙의 전래 및 확산과 함께 지속되었다. 신라의 삼국통일이라는 국면 속에서 죽막동 유적은 신라의제사 체계로 편입되지 않는다. 이는 죽막동 제사를 통한 백제인들의 결속을 저지하려는 신라의 의도가 반영된 것으로, 백제 해양 신앙 체계에 대한 견제책이라 할 수 있다. 그러나 신라는 원효의 사상을 백제의 영역에 이식하면서 『법화경』적 관음신앙으로 백제 신앙 체계를포섭하고자 하기도 하였음을 알 수 있다. 이후 8~9세기에 죽막동 제사가 재개되는 것은 동해 낙산사의 해변굴과 함께 죽막동 유적의 해변굴이 관음주처지로 인식되면서 관음신앙처화됨으로써 제사가 재개된 것으로 파악하였다. 이렇듯 죽막동 유적은 마한-백제-신라의 영역에 속하면서 제사의 양상을 달리하였고, 특히 관음신앙의 확산과 변형에 의해 불교와 융합되는 모습을 보였다. The west coast of North Jeolla Province is the site of Northeast Asian exchanges connecting the Korean Peninsula, China, and Japan from ancient times to the present. As such, those who were located here have developed through foreign exchanges from an early age. This environment triggered the development of marine beliefs around the coast, and the representative site is the remains of a ritual in Jukmak-dong, Buan. Since the remains of Jukmak-dong could only be predicted from the time through the excavation of relics excavated so far, this paper tried to understand the change in the aspect of the ritual in relation to Buddhism, especially the Avalokitesvara-faith. First, by looking at the current status of the excavation of relics in Jukmak-dong, the reason why the pattern appears different by period was interpreted as the change from Mahan to Baekje in the region and the transmission of Buddhism. Furthermore, the further reduction in the proportion of marine rituals after the mid-6th century was attributed to the spread of Baekje’s Avalokitesvara-faith beyond the tradition of Buddhism. However, the role of traditional gods in the Jukmak-dong ritual continued with the transmission and spread of the Avalokitesvara-faith. In the face of Silla’s unification of the three countries, the remains of Jukmak-dong are not incorporated into the Silla ritual system. This reflects Silla’s intention to prevent the solidarity of Baekje people through Jukmak-dong rituals, and can be said to be a check on the Baekje marine faith system. However, it can be seen that Silla attempted to embrace the Baekje faith system with a Buddhist monk’s belief while transplanting Wonhyo’s thoughts into Baekje’s realm. After that, it was found that the resumption of Jukmak-dong rituals in the 8th and 9th centuries was due to the recognition of the beach cave of Naksansa Temple in the East Sea and the beach cave of the remains of Jukmak-dong as the place of Avalokitesvara’s religion. As such, it was confirmed that the remains of Jukmak-dong belonged to the realm of Mahan-Baekje-Silla and changed the aspect of the ritual, and in particular, they were fused with Buddhism by the spread and transformation of the Avalokitesvara-faith.
대중가요 가사의 문체적 특징 연구-1997∼2019년 여성 가수의 이별 노래를 중심으로

This study examines the changes in women’s perception of separation by analyzing the stylistic elements of lyrics of breakup songs sung by female singers between 1997 and 2019. Since the abolition of the preliminary record review system in July 1996, the content and style of the lyrics of popular songs have shown definite differences from the lyrics before 1996. As for the research method, three songs were selected for each year from Melon Chart. Thus, a total of 69 songs were analyzed based on their final ending and adjectives used. The study concludes the following. First, final ending used Heara-style of declarative sentences in the early 2000s; exclamatory sentences were most likely to be found in the song lyrics of 2010s. Given that the Heara-style of declarative sentence and exclamatory sentence are not listener-conscious, it can be confirmed that women now are more active in expressing their feelings after the separation compared to the past. Second, from the late 1990s to the early 2000s, the usage of adjectives in separation songs’ lyrics have changed from a sorrowful sentiment and reflective tones to a positive sentiment and a critical perspective toward the opponent. These changes confirm that women have begun to recognize separation as an opportunity for a new start, rather than a sad ending. They have started adopting a critical view of their opponent and causes of the breakup. It is meaningful that this study reveals the stylistic characteristics of pop songs under the same gender and theme, thereby confirming the changes in women’s perception of separation.
Association Between Nut Consumption and Metabolic Syndrome in Korean Adults

"Objective Although nuts have been reported to lower the risk of multiple diseases, evidence regarding their effect on metabolic syndrome (MetS) in Asian populations is limited. Therefore, this study aimed to clarify the association between nut consumption and the risk of MetS. Methods A cross-sectional analysis was conducted using data from the seventh Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (2016–2018). MetS was defined according to the guidelines of the National Cholesterol Education Program Adult Treatment Panel III. Responses to a single 24-hour dietary recall from 4,365 younger adults (19–39 years), 7,498 middle-aged adults (40–64 years), and 4,378 older adults (≥65 years) were analyzed using multivariable logistic regression models. Results In this study, based on the culinary definition, nuts included tree nuts and peanuts. Approximately 25% of Korean adults were found to consume nuts. After adjusting for confounding variables, including age, body mass index, total energy intake, household income, alcohol consumption, smoking, aerobic exercise, and energy from carbohydrates, nut consumption was associated with a lower risk of MetS among middle-aged men (40–64 years; odds ratio [OR], 0.68; 95% confidence interval [CI], 0.53–0.88), older men (≥65 years; OR, 0.72; 95% CI, 0.53–0.98), and older women (≥65 years; OR, 0.69; 95% CI, 0.53–0.89). Conclusion These results suggest that consuming nuts may exert protective effects against MetS in middle-aged Korean men and older Korean adults."

Although shock in sepsis is usually managed successfully by conventional medical treatment, a subset of cases do not respond and may require salvage therapies such as veno-arterial extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (VA ECMO) support as well as an attempt to remove endotoxins. However, there are limited reports of attempts to remove endotoxins in patients with septic shock on VA ECMO support. We recently experienced a case of septic shock with severe myocardial injury whose hemodynamic improvement was unsatisfactory despite extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) support. Since the cause of sepsis was acute pyelonephritis and blood cultures grew gram-negative bacilli, we additionally applied polymyxin B direct hemoperfusion (PMX-DHP) to the ECMO circuit and were able to successfully taper off vasopressors and wean off ECMO support. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first adult case in which PMX-DHP in addition to ECMO support was successfully utilized in a patient with septic shock. This case indicates that additional PMX-DHP therapy may be beneficial and technically feasible in patients with septic shock with severe myocardial injury refractory to ECMO support.
