사업목표 달성에 있어서 CRM시스템의 역할 및 효과에 대한 연구

To date the major business investments have been made in CRM continuously, even though many executives realized the return expected from the investment in expensive cutting-edge IT components for CRM system. However, researcher have not clearly answer the role and effects of CRM systems. The research is designed to identify the CRM system's chain-reaction effects, to investigate the relationships between factors identified, and to provide the roles and effects of CRM system in strategic perspectives. The findings illustrate that the improved information capability and enhanced competitive advantages encouraged by the CRM system implementation may lead strategic performances improvement, and finally financial performance improvements. CRM 시스템 도입이 성공하지 못했다는 회의론으로 인해 막대한 IT투자에 대한 비관론이 대두되어 왔다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 많은 기업들이 향후 CRM에 대한 신규 및 추가적인 투자를 계획하고 있는 기이한 현상이 벌어지고 있다. 하지만, 조직의 사업목표 달성에 있어서 CRM의 실질적인 역할이나 효과의 명확한 규명을 위한 연구는 미미한 실정이다. 본 연구의 목적은 CRM시스템을 도입하고 활용하여 사업목적을 달성하기까지의 과정 (CRM Chain Reaction)을 파악하여 연구모형을 설정하고, CRM이 사업목적 달성에 있어서의 역할과 효과를 제시하는데 있다. 본 논문의 연구결과는 CRM시스템 실행으로 향상된 정보 활용 역량과 경쟁역량이 CRM 전략성과를 유도하고, 이는 결국 재무적 성과를 충족한다는 의미를 함축하고 있다.

스마트 폰 구매에 있어 기기 선택 결정요인에 관한 연구: 최초구매자와 재 구매자 인식 비교를 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 구매자 관점에서 스마트 폰 기기선택 결정요인을 추출 및 분류하고, 기기 선택시 각 결정요인에 대한 중요도 인식을 조사하여, 구매패턴 변화를 살펴보고 이에 따른 사업전략을 제시하는 데 있다. 기존 연구방법과 같이 선행연구를 통해 기기선택 결정요인을 조사함과 동시에 실제 구매자들을 대상으로 기기 선택요인을 추출하여 종합함으로써 현실적인 결과를 도출하고자 하였다. 연구결과는 최초구매자와 재 구매자들의 기기선택 관점이 어떻게 달라지는지 패턴을 보여주고 이에 따른 전략을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 실무적인 측면에서 스마트 폰 관련 업계(단말기 제조업체 및 통신 서비스업체)의 전략 설정과 정부정책 수립에 있어 참고자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. The study aims to identify and classify the decision factors in selecting a device, to measure buyers' perception for the factors at the point of smart phone purchase, and finally to propose the business strategies based on those purchase pattern changes. The research performs to not only investigate the decision factors through literature reviews, but also draw the device selection factors directly from buyers. The findings illustrated how the perceptions between the first buyers and existing buyers have been changes. The analyses will practically contribute as the references when the business strategy and policy are planned by smart phone related companies and the government.

준 정부기관 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스 결정에 대한 민감도 분석

Recently many companies began to feel the pressures of cost savings due to the global recession, so they have been interested in the Cloud Computing. Cloud Computing is one of using method of IT resources through the network. Users can borrow softwares or hardwares instead of buying them. Many people expect remarkable growth in Cloud Computing industry because of it`s effectiveness. But Cloud Computing industry is still at an early stage. Especially, people who in the public sector hesitate to adopt Cloud Computing Services due to security issues and their conservative views. Also, they just have limited understanding, so we need to investigate what they really know and understand. Researches about the Cloud Computing generally focus on technical issues, so we can hardly find researches reference for decision making in considering the services. The study aims to investigate diverse factors for agencies` adoption decisions, such as benefits, costs, and risk in developing the most ideal type of cloud computing service for them, and performs priority analyses by applying ANP (Analytic Network Process). The results identify that features pertaining to the risk properties were considered the most significant factors. According to this research, the usage of private cloud computing services may prove to be appropriate for public environment in Korea. The study will hopefully provide the guideline to many governmental agencies and service providers, and assist the related authorities with cloud computing policy in coming up with the relevant regulations.

인터넷기반 공공데이터 활용방안 연구: 혜택, 기회, 비용, 그리고 위험요소 관점에서

With the request for the advent of new engine toward economic growth, the issue regarding public-owned data disclosure has been increasing. The Korean governments are forced to open public-owned data and to utilize them in solving the various social problems and in promoting the welfare for the people. In contrast, due to the distrust of the effectiveness for the policy, many public owned organizations hesitate to open the public-owned data. However, in spite of communication gap between the government and public organizations, Ministry of Government Administration and National Information Society Agency recently planned to accelerate the information disclosure. The study aims to analyze the perception of the public organization for public data utilization and to provide proper recommendations. This research identified mutual weights that the organization recognize in opening and sharing the public data, based on benefit, opportunity, cost, and risk. ANP decision making tool and BOCR model were applied to the analyses. The results show that there are significant differences in perceiving risk and opportunity elements between the government and public organizations. Finally, the study proposed the ideal alternatives based on four elements. The study will hopefully provide the guideline to the public organizations, and assist the related authorities with the information disclosure policy in coming up with the relevant regulations.

준 정부기관 C공단의 클라우드 기반 스마트워크 서비스 유형화 연구

Many people expect remarkable growth in Cloud Computing industry because of it`s effectiveness. But Cloud Computing industry is still at an early stage. Especially, people who in the public sector hesitate to adopt Cloud Computing Services due to security issues and their conservative views. Also, they just have limited understanding, so we need to investigate what they really know and understand. The purpose of this study is to propose Improvement plans on cloud-based smart work service of a quasi-governmental agency based on the view point of preference and tendency. To discover three types of cloud-based smart work issues and interpret theoretical definitions of those, we conducted a subjectivity analysis through qualitative methodology. At the result, the study draws three elements of typology: convenience type, concentration type, and collaboration type, and provides directions to strategic-policy studies for future cloud-based smart work services of quasi-governmental agency.

인터넷 관련 IT 동향 및 전망을 통한 연구이슈 제안

Due to the endeavors and performances of many IT firms, as well as the government supports, the IT capability of Korea was ranked in the top 8th position by Huawei in 2015. Specifically, as far as the wire & wireless network and Internet speed, Korea has taken pride in possessing the competitive advantage. However, many academic and practical experts began to point out the lack of systematic research management on Internet. The purpose of the study is to identify various research issues on Internet and to verify their appropriateness. In addition, the study examined their recent trends and provided the prospect of the future Internet-related researches. Consequently, the finding indicates that the rigorous endeavors and outcomes for each proposed research issue have been resulted in and will be continued. The study anticipates the growing demands of researches in the fields of future network, multimedia application, big data, artificial intelligence, and Internet security.

SCM 적용에 있어서 중소기업의 Service Quality가 정보, 시스템 품질 및 협업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

For the purpose of enhancing performances, many companies have tried to ensure the competitive advantages in ties with organization`s strategy by putting effort in designing, developing and practicing the information system. Despite the information oriented small and medium enterprises (SME) being suffered from lack of funds, professional man-power and poor environment, fairly evaluating the level of information system within an organization can be a positive starting point for information oriented SME. Therefore in this study, for the purpose of using the SERVQUAL as a measurement tool provided by information system department under the environment of using information system, we try to free from the marketing oriented service category and develop models that are applicable in the information system environment to check reliability and validity. As a result, it is analyzed that enhancements of SERVQUAL simultaneously improves system and information quality which makes the employees satisfy with their working environments and sequentially affects to the collaborative performance of using information system.

Healthcare 기반 IPTV 품질이 사용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

최근 보건의료 분야와 정보통신 기술이 접목된 u-Healthcare에 대해 원격진료 제한을 완화하는 의료법 개정안이 입법 예고되면서 u-Healthcare 수요 창출을 위한 비즈니스 모델로 IPTV를 이용한 서비스가 등장하였다. 하지만, 의료서비스에 IPTV 기술을 도입함으로써 환자의 치료방법의 개선, 서비스 질의 향상, 치료의 효용성 증가 등의 많은 이점들이 예상처럼 도입되고 있지 못하고 있는데, 이는 아직 정비되지 않은 법, 제도적 환경뿐만 아니라 사용자 수용 연구를 통한 전략 마련이 부족했음을 인정하지 않을 수 없다. 본 연구는 IPTV를 통해 제공되는 의료서비스를 수용하는데 있어서 연결되는 순차적인 관계를 검증하고, 분석된 결과를 토대로 IPTV 기반 의료서비스의 활성화 방안을 제시하였다. 연구 결과 IPTV 기술 품질의 편의성, 콘텐츠 품질의 완결성, 그리고 Healthcare 서비스 품질이 만족도를 이끌어 내는 주요 요소들로 추출되었고, 전반적으로 IPTV 기술 품질, 콘텐츠 품질, Healthcare 서비스 품질 모두 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었으며, 본서비스의 만족도는 사용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. As the Korean Ministry for Health and Welfare announced the likelihood to revise the legislative limit for healthcare telemedicine, u-Healthcare service through IPTV emerged among these business models. However, in spite of many advantages such as treatment improvement, service quality enhancement, and treatment usefulness, most medical trials grafted with IT have not accepted yet. This points out not only that law and institutional environment has not prepared, but also that policy maker neglect the preparation of the strategies through the study on user acceptance. The purpose of this study is to verify the relationship for IPTV quality based Healthcare on satisfaction and intention to use. The results identify that IPTV technology quality for its convenience, contents quality for its completeness, and the quality for healthcare services give significant effect to satisfaction. In addition the study indicates that overall qualities of IPTV technology, contents, and healthcare service, significantly impact on satisfaction respectively and that the satisfaction may lead to the intention to use of this service.

제로레이팅에 대한 망 중립성 규제의 정당성 연구

Recently, the regulation issues for the zero-rating began to be proliferated. The corresponding regulators in charge of Internet services of all the countries of the world illustrated the various spectrums, rather than the similar policy line. In contrast, the oversee regulators not only recognized that zero-rating might be somethings to do with the net neutrality regulation, and but also actively debated regarding the validity for the regulation. However, any domestic study examining the issue has not endeavored yet. Therefore, the purpose of the study is to identify the validity of net neutrality regulation of zero-rating. Specifically, the study provided the features of zero-rating, the relationship with this new regulation and traditional regulations, and the various arguments and policies in major countries. The results of the study would be utilized as a reference in planning the regulation and countermeasure, from the corresponding policy makers and business operators.

ANP의 BCR 모델에 기반한 교육행정정보시스템(NEIS) 학부모서비스의 수용 활성화 방안 연구: 초등학교 학부모를 대상으로

The study aims to examine the service preference between the NEIS(National Education Information Systems) and alternatives, based on the benefits, costs and risks of NEIS service for parents, and finally propose the vitalizations plans for that public services. As a part of public services, NEIS has not only provided the educational information for the students, which enables school parents to suffice for information need, and but also leaded in the parents' participation for the various educational policies. However, major NEIS users such as teachers and parents recently began to blame for the various data errors and connection failures of NEIS. Despite of the research importance, most of NEIS studies severely depended on TAM and researches investigating the preference of school parents for NEIS services rarely exist. The study classifies NEIS parents services into benefits, costs, and risks based on ANP BCR model, identifies the preference for the services, compares the NEIS services and alternatives, and provides the results of sensitivity analyses. The analyses identify that NEIS was not frequently used by school parents and that the service preference of the school parents was not considered yet. Consequently, the study stresses the acceptance vitalizations plans for NEIS. 본 연구의 목적은 교육행정정보시스템(NEIS)이 제공하는 학부모서비스의 혜택, 비용, 위험 등이 어느 수준일 때 학부모들이 해당 서비스 혹은 다른 대안을 선택하게 되는지 파악함으로써 대국민서비스인 NEIS 학부모서비스의 활성화 전략을 제시하고자 함에 있다. 대국민서비스 강화의 일환으로 학부모들의 정보욕구를 해소하고자 시작된 NEIS 학부모서비스는 자녀의 교육관련 정보를 제공할 뿐만 아니라 각종 교육정책에 학부모의 적극적인 참여를 유도하고 있다. 하지만 최근 NEIS는 성적처리 오류로 인한 대규모 정정 사태, 접속장애 등으로 언론의 집중조명과 일선교사 및 학부모들로부터 질타를 받고 있다. 더불어 학구적인 측면에 있어서도 NEIS의 수용 활성화를 위한 연구는 교사의 입장에서 기존의 기술수용모형(TAM)을 적용한 연구가 주를 이루고 학부모들이 선호하는 서비스 내용에 대한 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 이에 ANP의 BCR 모델에 따라 NEIS가 제공하는 학부모서비스를 혜택, 비용, 위험 등으로 분류하고 이들 간에 학부모들이 고려하는 우선순위를 확인하였으며, NEIS 외에도 선택 가능한 대안들에 대한 선호도를 비교 연구하였을 뿐만 아니라 민감도 분석결과도 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 학부모들이 NEIS 학부모서비스를 잘 활용하지 않고 있으며 또한 자신들이 선호하는 의견을 해당 서비스가 충분히 반영하지 못하고 있음을 알게 되었다. 이에 NEIS 학부모서비스에 대한 학부모의 수용 활성화 방안을 모색하고자 하였다.
