MVRS's measuring principles are based on the Doppler principle. It measures the velocities near the muzzle using the doppler signal output from the antenna and then predicts the velocity of the bullet leaving the muzzle by performing the regression analysis on previous measured velocities. There are a number of error sources when calculating the muzzle velocity. Antenna has long term frequency stability error and the doppler signal from the antenna has noise. These two error sources influence the accuracy of estimated velocities from the doppler signal. Estimated velocity errors result in the random error of data statistics. And when performing a regression analysis these random error components are transferred to the fitting error component. This study also analyzed the error components according to the hardware limitations of MVRS-700 and the signal processing method, and presented the calculated uncertainty of muzzle velocity.

Mobile Ad-Hoc Cloud 기반 파노라마 이미지 생성

This paper proposes the use of mobile ad-hoc cloud for reducing the process time of panoramic image generation in mobile smart devices. In order to effectively assign tasks relevant to panoramic image generation to the mobile ad-hoc cloud, a method for image acquisition and sorting and an algorithm for task distribution and offloading decision making are proposed. The proposed methods are applied to Android OS based smart devices, and their effects on panoramic image generation are analyzed.

영국 신교육운동에서 신지학(Theosophy)의 교육실천과 그 교육적 시사

In the early 20th century of the West, the New Education Movement spread wide through the whole Europe. Among the countries that started the movement, it was England who bore the New Schools that ignite the movement of other countries, and thus England played an important role in that movement. While England were unfolding the movement, theosophiests made a great countribution to the movement, in that they provide a part of theoretical basis to the movement and also they founded new schools, and above all they take a initiative part in establishing the New Education Fellowship which made passible the international alliance of the movement. So this paper intends to explore the views of theosophy on man and education, how the theosophiests set up the New Education Fellowship, and how they put their educational ideas into practice in the St. Christopher school they founded. and at the end, educational implications will be drawn from their practices.

본 연구에서는 두 스프링으로 지지된 강체가 회전하는 Timoshenko 축을 따라 이동할 때, 그 계의 동적응답 특성을 해석하였다. 운동방정식은 Hamilton의 원리에 따라 유도되었다. 유도된 운동방정식을 이용하여 주요 설계 파라미터 변화에 따른 응답특성을 해석하였다. 해석시 설계파라미터를 무차원 변수화 하여 속도비, 질량비, 회전수비 등 그 변화에 따른 응답특성을 비교 분석하였다.

20세기 초반 서구에서 진행된 신교육운동(New Education Movement)은 새로운 학교들의 설립과 새로운 교육의 방법들의 시도가 구미 여러 지역에서 일정한 시기에 거의 동시적으로 진행되면서 교육의 부흥을 추구했던 교육개혁운동이다. 더욱이 이러한 교육개혁운동은 국가간의 경계를 초월한 개혁의 보급을 통해 범 세계적인 교육공동체(global educational community)의 건설을 의도했으며, 이를 실현시키는데 앞장섰던 단체가 신교육협회(New Education Fellowship ; N.E.F.)이다. N.E.F.의 장기간에 걸친 활동으로 인해 다양한 교육의 형식들과 방법들에 대한 개방적인 의사소통이 가능하였고 개혁의 중요한 부분들이 국가간의 경계를 초월하여 전 유럽, 나아가서 아시아와 남미, 아프리카에 이르기까지 전파되었다. 본 연구는 구미 신교육운동이 갖는 이러한 국제주의(internationalism)적 성격을 N.E.F.의 활동을 중심으로 고찰하였다. 또한 N.E.F.의 설립 이전에 유럽의 새학교들에 대한 폭넓은 조사를 통해 ‘새학교’의 국제적 기준을 제시하고 국제적 교류를 촉진시켰던 ‘국제 새학교 사무국(International Bureau of New Schools)’의 활동을 함께 고찰하였다. 이러한 고찰을 통해 서구의 신교육운동이 갖는 국제적 연대가 오늘날 교육개혁운동에 주는 시사점을 개혁운동이 가지고 있어야 하는 특성의 관점에서 다섯 가지로 정리하였다. 즉 개혁운동의 자발성, 개혁운동의 구심성, 개혁운동의 개방성, 개혁운동의 지속성, 개혁운동의 효과성의 측면에서 서구의 신교육운동은 오늘의 우리 교육개혁운동이 갖추고 있어야 하는 특성을 시사하고 있음을 밝혔다. As an educational revolution, New Education Movement was emerged in the Western Europe of the early 20th century. This movement has searched for the improvement of education in a very active way, establishing new schools and experimenting new educational methods. These educational movements destroy the borders between nations and build global educational community; New Education Fellowship (N.E.F.) leads the educational revolution through fulfilling the educational aim of the movement. The active role of N.E.F has been very important in terms of sharing educational ideas and methods and distributing the significant factors of educational revolution to all nations of Europe, Asia, Latin America and Africa. This article focuses on the international characteristics of New Education Movement, which reflects the trend of the Western and American New Education Movement. Further, this article examines the international standard of ‘new schools’ and researches the activity of International Bureau of New School, which stimulated international communication between schools. Finally, this article leads to the result: the international bond of New Education Movement influences on the revolution of education in the light of the voluntarism of educational movement, the centrality of educational movement, the openness of educational movement, the continuity of educational movement, and the effects of educational movement.
