        바이오플락 탈질수가 어린 흰다리새우, Litopenaeus vannamei의 생존율 및 생리특성에 미치는 영향

        This study investigates the effect of denitrified biofloc water on changes in the water quality parameters and the physiological characteristics of shrimps. Biofloc rearing water contains a large number of microorganisms and can rapidly stabilize the water quality and energy saving if reusable due to high water temperatures. Rearing water contain floating bacteria with both aerobic and anaerobic bacteria. Therefore, when the carbon source is added in limited air supply, the anaerobic state is activated and the denitrification process is possible. In this study, the denitrification water had the following properties: ammonia (6.9 mg L-1), nitrite (0.3 mg L-1), nitrate concentration (9.2 mg L-1), high pH (8.42) and alkalinity (590 mg L-1). The experimental group consisted of seawater (SW, control), a mixture of Seawater and denitrified biofloc water (DNW) in the ratio of 3:1, 1:1 and DNW only. All experiments were done in triplicate. As a result, the survival rate never changed even when 100% of the denitrification water was utilized. However, a body fluid analysis showed that creatine and BUN were increased due to index of stress and the tissue damage resulting from the high denitrified water content. Body fluid ions (Na+, K+, and Cl-) significantly decreased as the denitrified water content increased. It was recommended that the denitrification water be mixed with a certain ratio (less than 50%) in the future as it may affect the osmotic pressure control in shrimps. 안정된 바이오플락 사육수에는 대량의 미생물들이 존재하고 있으며 사육수온이 높아 재사용이 가능할 경우 빠른 수질안정화 및 에너지 절약을 할 수 있다. 바이오플락 사육수 내 부유하고 있는 자가 및 타가 영양세균은 호기성과 혐기성 세균을 모두 포함하고 있어 탄소원을 넣고 산소를 공급하지 않는 혐기성 상태로 만들면 탈질과정이 가능 하다. 본 연구에서 바이오플락 탈질수의 특성은 암모니아(6.9 mg L-1), 아질산 (0.3 mg L-1), 질산농도 (9.2 mg L-1), 높은 pH (8.42), alkalinity (590 mg L-1)였으며 이 탈질수를 첨가한 사육수의 물리적 환경 변화가 어린새우의 생존 및 생리적 특성에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 그 결과 탈질수를 100% 사용하여도 생존율의 변화를 보이지 않았으나 혈림프를 포함한 체액 분석결과 탈질수 혼합에 의한 조직손상 및 스트레스 지표인 크레아틴, 혈중 요소성 질소의 증가가 관찰되었고 탈질수 혼합비율이 높을수록 새우 체내 이온(Na+, K+, Cl-)의 농도가 유의적으로 감소하여 향후 삼투압조절에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 것으로 나타남에 따라 탈질수를 일정비율로 (50% 미만) 혼합하여 사용하는 것이 바람직한 것으로 사료된다.

        흰다리새우 유생의 저염분 순치방법에 따 른 생화학적 특성변화

        This study focused on the physiological change of the shrimp, Litopenaeus vannamei postlarvae 15 stages, under different acclimation methods up to the endpoint of 4 practical salinity unit (psu). Besides using sea water as the control, two acclimation methods, fast acclimation (50% salinity reduction every 8 hours) and slow acclimation (50% salinity reduction every day), were adapted. Results show that the survival rate, glucose and blood uric nitrogen of each group were not significantly different. However, the ion profile differed according to the acclimation methods. Magnesium and sodium of shrimps acclimated to low salinity in both the methods, showed lower concentration than shrimps at 32 psu sea water. Especially, Na+ concentration, which directly influences the osmolality of shrimp, decreased sharply in the fast acclimated group during the first eight hours (from 32 psu to 16 psu). To reduce acclimation stress, it is recommended to take more than eight hours during the first step for reducing the salinity.

        지모 추출물이 난소암 세포 성장 저해 및 종양 성장 억제에 미치는 영향

        Objectives: Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bunge is a dried medicinal herb with anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant and anti-cancer effects on colon cancer, breast cancer, and pancreatic cancer. However, since research on Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bunge’s ovarian cancer is lacking, the anti-cancer effect of Anemarrhena extract on ovarian cancer cells was evaluated through in vitro and in vivo experiments. Methods: Anemarrhena asphodeloides extracts used were water extract (AAW) and ethanol extract (AAE). Normal Human Dermal Fibroblast (NHDF) cells, a normal cell line, and SKOV3 and A2780 cells, epithelial ovarian cancer cells, were treated with various concentrations (12.5, 25, 50, and 100 μg/ml) of AAW and AAE. The toxicity to normal cells and the viability of ovarian cancer cells were analyzed using the WST-8 assay. To confirm the effect of AAE on the growth inhibition and apoptosis of ovarian cancer cells, anchorage-independent cell growth experiment (soft agar assay), cell cycle analysis, apoptosis analysis, and Western blot analysis were performed. In vivo experiments were performed using a xenograft model to evaluate the effect of AAE on the inhibition of tumor growth of ovarian cancer. Results: Our experimental results showed that AAW and AAE did not exhibit toxicity in NHDF cells, and significantly reduced cell viability in SKOV3 and A2780 cells in a concentration- and time-dependent manner. Morphological changes in ovarian cancer cells after AAW and AAE treatment were observed. As the treatment concentration and time increased, cell size decreased and cells shrank or changed in shape. Anchorage-independent cell growth experiments in SKOV3 and A2780 cells showed that the number and growth of colonies were significantly reduced by AAE treatment. To evaluate the effect of AAE on the cell cycle, cell cycle analysis was performed using flow cytometry, and the results showed that AAE induced cell cycle arrest in the G2/M phase. In addition, Annexin V/PI staining was performed to evaluate whether apoptosis was induced, and AAE promoted apoptosis in SKOV3 and A2780 cells in a concentration-dependent manner. After tumors were formed by subcutaneous injection of human ovarian cancer cells KOV3 into immunodeficient BALB/c nude mice, AAE was administered intraperitoneally for 6 weeks, and it showed a significant effect of inhibiting tumor growth. Conclusions: These in vitro and in vivo experimental results suggest that Anemarrhena asphodeloides extracts has anticancer effects that inhibit the growth and proliferation of ovarian cancer cells, induce apoptosis, and suppress tumor growth.

        무용 창작에서 멀티미디어 기술을 통한 무용 존재론

        본 연구 목적은 첫째, 무용 창작에서 멀티미디어 기술의 특성을 이해하고, 둘째, 무용 안무에서 멀티미디어 기술 사례를 분석하고, 셋째, 안무에서 멀티미디어 기술 적용의 문제점과 멀티미디어 기술을 통한 무용 존재론을 고찰하고자 한다. 멀티미디어 기술 적용은 안무가들에게 과감한 시도이자 실천이라는데 이견이 없으며 안무에서 멀티미디어 기술 특성은 다음과 같다. 멀티미디어 기술 적용은 무용 안무에 편리함을 가져다주고 효율적인 안무를 가능하게 한다는 점이 다. 무용 안무에서 멀티미디어 기술 사례는 비디오와 프로젝션은 안무에 자주 사용된다. 무용에서 멀티미디어 사용은 비디오와 빔프로젝트 등 단순한 것에서 홀로그램 프로젝션까지 유행처럼 사용되고 있다. 가상현실은 VR 게임으로 시작 하여 예술과 결합된 창의적 도구로 발전해 왔다. 무용과 가상현실의 결합은 많은 장점으로 인해 다면적 협업 가능성이 높다. 따라서 향후 VR 기술과 무용의 융합은 무한한 영역으로 확대될 것이다. 무용 창작에 있어 멀티미디어 기술의 과도한 개입으로 무용의 영적 매력을 잃을 가능성이 제기되고 있으며 이에 대한 해답을 찾았다. 즉, 무대 공연에서 기술의 사용은 정신의 표현을 방해하기보다 정신의 표현을 강조해야 한다. 사람들의 마음속 울림은 기술이라기보다는 예술이기 때문이 다. 창의적 생각의 표현, 풍부한 감성 표현, 심오한 미적 지식의 축적이 필수적이다. 새로운 시대에 새로운 기술의 생산과 응용은 시대적 흐름이다. 멀티미디어 기술을 전제로 무용의 존재론을 잃어서는 안 될 것이다. The purpose of this study is to understand the characteristics of multimedia technology in dance creation, to analyze multimedia technology cases in dance choreography, and to examine the problems of multimedia technology application in choreography and dance ontology through multimedia technology. There is no doubt that the application of multimedia technology is a bold attempt and practice for choreographers. The characteristics of multimedia technology in choreography are as follows. The application of multimedia technology brings convenience to dance choreography and enables efficient choreography. In dance choreography, multimedia technology examples, video and projection are often used in choreography. The use of multimedia in dance is being used as a fashion from simple things such as video and beam projects to hologram projection. Virtual reality has evolved into a creative tool combined with art, starting with VR games. Therefore, the convergence of VR technology and dance will expand to an infinite area in the future. The possibility of losing the spiritual charm of dance due to the excessive intervention of multimedia technology in the creation of dance has been raised and the answer has been found. In other words, the use of technology in stage performances should emphasize the expression of the mind rather than hindering the expression of the mind. People's minds resonate more with art than technology. It is essential to express creative thoughts, express rich emotions, and accumulate profound aesthetic knowledge. The production and application of new technologies in a new era is a trend of the times. Ontology of dance should not be lost on the premise of multimedia technology.
