Objective: The purpose of this study is to discourse upon that the construction of Sasang Constitutional Medicine has a significant property of Oriental Medicine by explaining the disparity of the viscera and bowels of four constitutions through the special quality of ying-qi and wei-qi circulating in human body on the basis of the channel-qi theory of ${\ulcorner}Huangdi$ $Neijing{\lrcorner}$ Conclusion: 1. Primordial-qi is the congenital essence inherited from the parents and pectoral-qi, ying-qi and wei-qi is the acquired essence derived from the food and air that human eat and breathe. 2. Ying-qi and wei-qi circulates in the meridian system by the strength and pushing of pectoral-qi under the influence of primordial-qi 3. Ying-qi, by the pushing function of pectoral-qi, determines large lung-small liver and small lung-large liver according to the innate quantity of qi and blood. 4. Wei-qi, by the pushing function of pectoral-qi, determines large spleen-small kidney and small spleen-large kidney according to the innate quantity of qi and blood. 5. The heart in the theory of the meridian system's fetus-nourishing and Sasang Constitutional Medicine is involved in the formation of viscera and bowels as governing human body and seven emotions. 6. It is considered that Taiyang person and Taiyin person have the constitution influenced by ying-qi. 7. It is considered that Shaoyang person and Shaoyin person have the constitution influenced by wei-qi. The inquiry into several literatures on the basis of the channel-qi theory of ${\ulcorner}Huangdi$ $Neijing{\lrcorner}$ leads us to the idea that the construction of Sasang Constitotional Medicine is another well-implied representation of the property of the meridian doctrine in the existing Oriental Medicine. And it is considered that the more continual studies of literatures and Sasang Constitutional Medicine Acupuncture are necessary henceforth.

For the Evaluation of X-ray image intensifier, we measured radiation dose at input of I. I., brightness and fluorescence at output of I. I. by using X-ray exposure meter, optometer and fluorescence meter for the relative conversion factor. Especially, by using fluorescence meter, we could easily get relative conversion factor without having regulated machine by JIS. Since using, the quality of image intensifier is going down. Consequently, it needs continuous quality maintenance.

오공약침(蜈蚣藥鍼)에 대한 연구현황분석(硏究現況分析)과 치료법(治療法)에 관한 연구(硏究)

Objectives : We review a result of studies until the present and suggest the method of medical treatment for the clinical treatment of Scolopendrid Herbalacupuncture. Methods : We analysis the paper of the bibliographic studies, the experiment studies and the clinical studies from 2001 developed Scolopendrid Herbalacupuncture and grope for the course of studies. Results : 1. Scolopendrid Herbalacupuncture is proved the clinical safety by the aninmal and human tests. 2. The pharmacological action of Scolopendra subspinipes mutilans L. Koch is anti-convulsive action, analgesic action, lowering blood pressure, anti-inflammatory action, anti-tumor action and microbe inhibition 3. Scolopendrid Herbalacupuncture has been a fine effect to the entrapment neuropathy and inflammatory. 4. Scolopendrid Herbalacupuncture was thought effective on a acute phase and to the excessive symptoms. The Sub-chronic toxicity experiment observing the response after hypodermic medication over 90 days, The Genetic-mutagenic toxity experiment and the clinical effect studies are necessary.

Objectives : To verify pain relief effects and allergy inhibitory action for the osteoarthritis of the knee joint in Sweet Bee Venom in which allergy causing enzyme is removed. Methods : We randomly allocated 30 participants to treatment group Sweet Bee Venom and Bee Venom. Outcomes on pain reduction were measured by 100mm VAS(Visual Analog Scale). And we recorded into details allergic responses during Pharmacopuncture treatment. Results : Whole body condition and pain rate through VAS measurement were improved significantly in 2 weeks. We could get difference in pain score of two Pharmacopuncture groups significantly in 2 weeks. Sweet BV group($0.1{\beta}mg/m{\ell}$) showed superior reduction in pain compared to the BV group($0.1{\beta}mg/m{\ell}$) significantly. And other allergic responses such as edema, itchiness, pain were significantly lower in the Sweet BV group.

Reactive Oxygen Species(ROS) are continuously produced at a high rate as a by-product of aerobic metabolism. Since tissue damage by free radical increases with age, the reactive oxygen species(ROS) such as hydrogen peroxide($H_2O_2$), nitric oxide(NO). Several lines of evidence provided that ROS appears to cause to develop aging-related various diseases such as cancer, arthritis, cardiovascular disease. Our reserch objective was to examine the in vitro biological activity of Scolopendrid Pharmacopuncture, including the total poly-phenol content, DPPH radical scavenging, ABTS radical scavenging, Superoxide dismutase(SOD)-like activity, Nitrite scavenging ability. The total poly-phenol contents of Scolopendrid Pharmacopuncture was 35.859mg/L. Elctron donation ability on DPPH was 36.82%. The 2,2'-azinobis-3-ehtlbezothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid radical decolorization (ABTS) was 84.7%. The superoxide dismutase (SOD)-like activities of Scolopendrid Pharmacopuncture was 44.33%. The nitrite scavenging effects were pH dependent, and were highest at pH 1.5(45.2%) and lowest at pH 6.0(11.3%). We conclude that Scolopendrid Pharmacopuncture may be useful as potential sources of antioxidant.
PMIPv6에서 사전 인증 기법과 경로 최적화를 이용한 효율적인 핸드오버 기법에 관한 연구

PMIPv6 is a network-based mobility support scheme, proposed and standardized by NetLMM WG of IETF. It is proposed to solve problems of conventional mobility schemes, and to improve inefficiency of those. The standard document describes network components and detailed procedures to provide mobility to MN. But it describes only a handover procedure between MAGs, not between LMAs. In order to support seamless connectivity of MN efficiently, a handover procedure between LMAs is necessary. The proposed scheme in this paper utilizes a route optimization procedure to prevent inefficiency of inter-LMA tunneling scheme. At the same time, the proposed scheme utilizes a pre-authentication scheme to reduce handover latency. According to the result of performance evaluations, the proposed scheme greatly reduces handover latency, compared to conventional mobility support schemes. PMIPv6는 IETF의 NetLMM WG에서 표준화를 진행하는 네트워크 기반 이동성 지원 기법으로서, 기존의 단말 기반 이동성 지원 기법의 문제점과 비효율성을 개선하기 위해 제안되었다. IETF에서 공개한 표준 문서는 MN에게 이동성을 제공하기 위한 네트워크 구성 요소와 그 구체적인 동작 및 핸드오버 절차에 대해 서술하고 있다. 그러나 MAG간 핸드오버에 대해서만 정의되어 있고 LMA간 핸드오버에 대해서는 정의되어 있지 않다. 따라서 MN에게 보다 효율적으로 끊김 없는 인터넷 접속을 제공하기 위해서는 LMA간 핸드오버 기법이 함께 사용되어야 한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 기법은 기존에 제안된 LMA간 핸드오버 기법의 단점인 LMA간 터널을 사용하지 않고, 경로 최적화 절차를 거쳐 효율적인 전송 경로를 사용한다. 또한 핸드오버 지연을 줄이기 위해 사전 인증 기법을 도입하였다. 성능 분석 결과에 따르면 제안하는 기법이 기존의 이동성 지원 기법에 비해 핸드오버 지연을 크게 감소시키는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.
생혈액분석을 통한 저용량 He-Ne 레이저 유침치료에 관한 임상적 연구

Objective : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Intravascular Laser Irradiation of Blood(ILIB) by the live blood analysis. Methods : We had analysed the changing forms of the live blood samples with Ultra Darkfield Microscope before and after Intravascular Laser Irradiation of Blood. Results and Conclusion : 1. Nomal Erythrocytes were increased significantly after ILIB by the live blood analysis. 2. Poikilocytes were decreased significantly after ILIB by the live blood analysis. 3. Target Cells were decreased significantly after ILIB by the live blood analysis. 4. Somatid was improved significantly after ILIB by the live blood analysis. 5. Erythrocyte Aggregtion was improved significantly after ILIB by the live blood analysis.
편마비 환자의 트레드밀과 체중지지의 트레드밀 훈련이 균형능력 및 보행능력에 미치는 영향

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate and to verification of changes that the effect of treadmill and body weight support treadmill training on balance and gait ability for sub-acute stroke patients during 4 week. Method: 16 subjects who was diagnosed stroke were divided into 2 groups(8-treadmill training group, 8-body weight support treadmill group) by randomized control trial. Both training programs were consisted with 40 minuted, 5 times a week for 4 weeks and after training programs. Analysis: We analysed effects and changes on balance and gait ability. Analyses were performed using PASW ver. 18.0 and results were reported as mean ${\pm}$ standard deviation (S.D.). To investigate within group comparisons and to verification on effects of exercise, we did paired t test and repeated measured ANOVA test. Significance was set at p<.05. Result: Both training programs showed positive changes in Limit of Stability but significant results which is area of hemiside, area of intact side, area of posterior, total area were reported in body weight support treadmill training group. Changes of Berg Balance Scale was significantly increase and it had significant correlation between groups. Changes of 6 Minutes Walking Test was significant increase in both groups but there was no significant changes on Foot print and Romberg test. Conclusion: After considering all factors, both training programs showed effect on improvement of balance and gait ability in sub-acute stroke patients, but body weight support treadmill training group had better improvement in dynamic balance than treadmill training group. For the increase of balance and gait ability in sub-acute stroke patients, we need to continues study on difference of treadmill and body weight support treadmill and then we will give stroke patients a better satisfaction if we develop and provide a rehabilitation program for improvement of balance and gait ability.
GIS를 이용한 개발지역 주변 하늘다람쥐 잠재서식지 평가

In this study, 12 environmental factors were used to evaluate the potential habitat of Pteromys volans living around some development areas. The analyzed value ranged from 0 to 20.1, and the area with a score of 10 or less was analyzed to have a low possibility of inhabiting Pteromys volans. To verify the analyzed results, a field survey was conducted on areas with 10 or more scores, and traces of habitat of Pteromys volans were confirmed in areas with 16 or more scores. All the areas with an evaluation score of 16 or higher showed high crown density and age class. However, despite the high crown density and age class, the evaluation score in some areas was low owing to the influence of other environmental factors. Therefore, in evaluating Pteromys volans habitats, it is necessary to apply various and complex criteria suitable for field conditions rather than applying uniform and fragmentary environmental factors only.
하나의 GRIN Rod Lens를 이용한 효율적 병렬 광연결

We proved the feasibiltiy of a parallel optical interconnection technique using single GRIN (graded-index) rod lens as an intermediate coupling device, which increases the working distance and makes packaging easy. The proposed technique shows relatively less dependency on misalignments. In this paper, for convensience of experiments, we applied this method to 4-channel coupling between two fiber arrays, and compared it with butt-coupling and the method of using ball lens. The comparison shows the feasibility of adopting the proposed method to the parallel interconnection between a laser diode array and an optical fiber array.
