DMZ 문화예술산업 클러스터 조성에 관한 타당성 연구 : DMZ 가치 속성이 문화예술산업 영향인식에 미치는 영향

한국은 전 세계의 유일한 분단국가로서 전쟁을 통한 오랜 분단으로 인해 독특한 환경을 지니고 있다. 한반도 허리를 관통하는 DMZ(demilitarized zone)는 한국 현대사의 전쟁과 분단이라는 민족비극의 상징성과 자연생태계가 살아있는 등의 가치는 지구상의 마지막 냉전 국가에서 평화 공간으로서 발전할 수 있는 잠재적인 가치를 지닌다. 이러한 까닭에 국내 및 국외의 관심뿐만 아니라 국가적으로도 자원적 가치로서 개발에 관한 관심이 높다. 본 연구는 DMZ의 공간적 특성, 클러스터 대한 이론적 특성을 분류하여, 각각 요인의 상호 영향 관계에 대한 연관성을 설정하였다. 또한 종합적 분석 결과를 토대로 앞으로 DMZ의 복합적 가치를 가지는 문화예술산업 클러스터 조성으로 활용키 위한 계획수립의 추진 방향과 틀을 모색하게 하여 관련된 지침에 실질적으로 반영할 수 있는 기초자료를 제시할 목적이다. DMZ 문화예술산업 클러스터 조성과 관련하여 일반인을 대상으로 실시된 설문조사 결과는 빈도분석, 측정 문항의 신뢰도 분석, 측정 항목의 타당성을 확인을 위한 확인 요인 분석 및 주요 변수와의 상호관계를 입증하기 위한 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 실증분석 결과 항목으로 측정된 DMZ 문화예술산업에 영향을 미치는 요인간의 관계구조모형에서 측정 변수들의 타당성과 적용성이 확보되었으며 모형 검증결과 모든 전반적 부합지수는 학술적으로 지지를 받는 기준치를 웃도는 것으로 확인되었다. 가설을 설정한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째 DMZ 가치속성은 문화예술 선택속성에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째 DMZ 가치속성은 문화예술산업 경쟁력 강화지원에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째 문화예술 선택속성은 문화예술 산업경쟁력 강화지원에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것으로 분석되었다. 넷째 DMZ 가치속성은 문화예술 영향인식에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것으로 분석되었다. 다섯째 문화예술 선택속성은 문화예술산업 영향인식에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것으로 분석되었다. 여섯째 문화예술산업 경쟁력 강화지원은 문화예술산업 영향인식에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구의 의의와 결과는 다음과 같이 설명될 수 있다. 한반도의 항구적인 평화를 위한 DMZ 가치와 자원의 개발 분야와 최 관련된 문헌 연구로부터 DMZ를 중심으로 문화예술산업에 끼치는 영향 요인(요소)의 분석과 영향을 끼치는 각각 요인간에 상호관계 구조의 이론모형을 개발한 후 사용될 측정 항목과 척도를 끌어냈으며 이 모형에서 개념변수 간에 상호인과관계를 실증적으로 입증하였다. 한편 기존의 사례 중심의 분절적 연구의 분석 틀에서 벗어나 본 연구에서는 문화예술산업 클러스터에 관여되는 다른 영향 요인에 대한 검증과 동시에 요인들 상호 간의 관계를 설명함으로써 실질적으로 활용할 수 있는 기초연구 성과를 만들어 내고자 했다는 결과와 노력에 의의가 있을 수 있을 것이다. 그러나 이러한 연구의 의의와 성과가 있다고 하더라도 해당 연구는 다음과 같은 몇 가지 한계점을 가지고 있다. 첫째, 시·공간적인 제약으로 인한 일반국민집단에 대한 의견수렴이 다양화하지 못하였다는 것이다. 둘째, 본 연구에서 제시한 모형이 나름의 연구자료 분석 결과에 따른 ‘새로운 모형’이라 할 수는 있으나 ‘일반화된 모형’이라고 하기에는 한계점을 가질 수밖에 없는 것이다. 본 연구에서 시도한 논제의 실증분석 결과는 이론 연구에서뿐만 아니라, 실용적으로도 활용할 수 있는 것으로 판단되나 향후보다 구체적이고 다양한 이론모형의 개발 및 검증을 통해 발전적인 연구가 지속되어야 할 것이다. Korea is the only divided country in the world and has a unique environment due to long-term division through war. The DMZ (demilitarized zone), which runs through the waist of the Korean Peninsula, symbolizes the national tragedy of war and division in Korea's modern history and has the potential to develop as a space of peace in the last Cold War country on earth due to its values, such as the survival of the natural ecosystem. For this reason, there is high interest in development as a resource value, not only domestically and internationally, but also nationally. This study classified the spatial characteristics of the DMZ and the theoretical characteristics of the cluster and established the relationship between the factor. and based on the comprehensive analysis results, the purpose is to find a direction and framework for establishing a plan to utilize the DMZ in the future to create a culture and arts industry cluster with complex values, and to present basic data that can be practically reflected in related guidelines. The results of a survey conducted on the general public regarding the creation of the DMZ Culture and Arts Industry Cluster were frequency analysis, reliability analysis of measurement items, confirmation factor analysis to confirm the validity of measurement items, and regression analysis to prove the interrelationship with key variables. As a result of the empirical analysis of this study, the validity and applicability of the measurement variables were secured in the relationship structure model between factors affecting the DMZ culture and arts industry measured by items, and as a result of model verification, all overall compliance indices exceeded the academically supported standards. It was confirmed that The hypothesized results are as follows. First, the DMZ value attributes were analyzed to have a significant impact on the selection attributes of the cultural arts industry. Second, DMZ value attributes were analyzed to have a significant impact on support for strengthening the competitiveness of the cultural arts industry. Third, it was analyzed that the selected attributes of the culture and arts would have a significant impact on support for strengthening the competitiveness of the culture and arts industry. Fourth, DMZ value attributes were analyzed to have a significant impact on the perception of influence of the culture and arts. Fifth, the selection attributes of the culture and arts industry were analyzed to have a significant impact on the perception of influence of the culture and arts industry. Sixth, support for strengthening the competitiveness of the culture and arts industry was analyzed to have a significant impact on the perception of influence of the culture and arts industry. The significance and results of this study can be explained as follows.From research on literature related to the development of DMZ values and resources for permanent peace on the Korean Peninsula, analysis of factors (elements) influencing the culture and arts industry centered on the DMZ and a theoretical model of the interrelationship structure between each influencing factor were developed. After development, the measurement items and scales to be used were derived, and the mutual causal relationship between conceptual variables in this model was empirically proven. Meanwhile, breaking away from the analysis framework of existing case-centered segmental studies, this study verifies other influencing factors involved in the cultural arts industry cluster and simultaneously explains the relationships between the factors, creating basic research results that can be practically utilized. The results and efforts you were trying to achieve may be meaningful. However, even though this study has significance and results, it has several limitations as follows. First, the collection of opinions from the general public was unable to diversify due to time and space constraints. Second, although the model presented in this study can be said to be a ‘new model’ based on the results of its own research data analysis, it has limitations as it cannot be called a ‘generalized model.’ The results of the empirical analysis of the topic attempted in this study are judged to be usable not only in theoretical research but also practically, but progressive research should continue in the future through the development and verification of more specific and diverse theoretical models.
