GATT 우루과이 라운드(UR) 協商妥結과 濟州柑橘農業의 對應

Agreement to establish free trade system in UR farm products has been reached in Geneva, Swiss on December 15th, 1993 ofter much complications for about 7 years. As a necessary consequence, the concrete measure and proocedure to cultivate farm products have been furnished. Accoringly, Cheju-do will have to lose domestic farm market for tangerines, sweet potatos, white potatos, barleys, beans, sesames, onions, garlics, etc. as its main farm products. In this paper, I studied how we coped with open farm policy, centering around tangerines, not around all the farm products. The contents of this study are as follows; ① organization of tangerine product ② structure of tangerine management ③ structure of tangerine product element ④ construction of tangerine producers

濟州柑橘 流通의 發展方向

In this thesis, I aim to find a plan to develop the tangerine industry, on a basis of investigating the situations, policies and circulations of the international tangerine market. This study can be summarized as follows ; 1. It is necessary to protect Korean agriculture for 30 years for its complete modernization, as shown in an agriculturally advanced nation. Especially, a tangerine industry forms the basis of Cheju-do industry, so it should be protected as the principal products of Cheju province 2. Now, the change of tangerine customers' taste, diplomatic pressure on the open-door policy of import, and a shortage of labor are causing the tangerine agriculture in Cheju-do to experience a radical reform in all its aspects. The reform in quantity and quality should follow the diversification a tangerine industry policy. That is, a dual system for adequate tangerine supply and the improvement of the quality in needed not only to satisfy customers' taste, but also to cope with the open-door policy of imports. 3. The development of tangerine circulation system in an internationalized society needs the introduction of conception discriminating products, and the joint market policy. Besides, the expansion of a tangerine producers' cooperative association, fostering the fund to promote the development of an tangerine industry, the modernization and expansion of distribution facilities, and fostering processing industries remain unsettled.

地域農業의 發展을 위한 大學의 參與問題

1. Cheju-do is surrounded by the sea, segregated from the outer world and confined in area, which is bliged to increase the cost of transportation in carrying regional products out of its district. Especially, the small field of Cheju island prevents the economic scale of agriculture from being realized largely. The first industry, basic resource for production should be set forth as a premise. Therefore, the seasonal supply of products should be specialized and handled as highly added value through industrial processes. Tourist industry development means that tourists come and buy the product, for that reason the supply system of agriculture products should be established in order to make the best of "the visit of markets in Cheju-do". 2. The agriculture in Cheju-do is so much affected by geographical properties. Especially, the nature of the soil is made up of the joint structure, so that the soil doesn't function as a vessel of fresh water. In addition, Cheju-do belongs to Asin Monsoon area but it is obliged to cultivate a dry-field, not a rice field. A rice field farm leads to not only regional agricultural method specular to Cheju-do, but also livestock breeding one in regard to the maintenance of soil power. The agriculture method of Cheju-do including "a rice field+glassland+ livestock" is similar to that of Western countries. 3. The 21th century-oriented regional residents should be the main body of Cheju-do agriculture on the basis of the above-mentioned regional properties. This is a mommon goal of Cheju-do regional residents for the sake of life conservation, life sufficiency and life enlightenment, namely in order to promote total welfare to the highest degree. In order to reach the goal, the regional university should offer the basic data for regional agriculture development through study activities.

음악 감상이 중학생의 주의집중력에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 음악감상이 중학생의 주의집중력에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 정상범주의 지능 수준을 가진 중학생 3 집단, 총 104명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 실험 참여자들은 1차 측정에서 각 집단에 아무런 처치 없이 FAIR 검사 1을, 그리고 4개월 후 전경음악집단, 배경음악집단, 무음악집단으로 나누어 FAIR 검사 2를 실행하였다. SPSS 12 통계 프로그램을 사용하여 공변량분석(ANCOVA)을 통해 연구자료를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 능력지수(P), 통제지수(Q) 그리고 지속성지수(R)에서 전경음악집단, 배경음악집단, 무음악집단은 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 그러나 기술통계에서 전경음악집단이 능력지수, 통제지수, 지속성지수에서 가장 낮은 점수를 보였지만 통계적으로 유의미한 결론은 도출하지 못하였다. 능력지수에서 전경음악집단과 무음악집단이, 통제지수에서는 무음악집단과 배경음악집단이 그리고 지속성지수에서는 전경음악집단과 무음악집단이 통계적으로 유의미하지 않은 결과를 보였다. 본 연구의 결과, 긍정적 정서와 낮은 각성수준의 배경음악은 학생들의 주의집중력에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었다. This study was to exam the effect of music on attention of middle school students. 104 students with normal ranged intelligency were selected for the study. The subjects of the experiment performed FAIR test 1 without any treatment in the first measurement. 4 months later the subjects were divided into a background music group, a foreground music group and a non-music group and performed FAIR test 2 under each condition. The collected data was analysed by using SPSS 12 Analysis Covariance(ANCOVA). The results showed that there were significant differences between the background music group, the foreground music group and the non-music group in selective attention score(P), quality control score(Q) and continuation score(R). In the descriptive statistics the background music group showed highest score in selective attention, quality control and continuation and the foreground music group lowest score. However, there were no statistically significant differences in selective attention score between the foreground music group and the non-music group, in quality control score between the non-music group and the background music group and in continuation score between the foreground music group and the non-music group. The results of this study indicate that background music which induces positive emotion and low arousal level has positive effect on middle school students' attentiveness.

미적체험의 치료적 함의 : 진화심리학적 관점을 중심으로

인류 진화과정에서 적응의 산물로써 예술의 역할과 가치는 현대 예술심리치료에서 어떻게 구현되어야 할까? 예술은 인류역사에서 인간의 생물학적, 심리적 그리고 정신적 생존에 혜택을 줌으로서 적응의 산물로써 중요한 역할을 하였다. 특히 제의에서 행해지는 예술의 치료적 효과성은 현대 예술심리치료로 이어지고 있다. 그 핵심에는 진화론적으로 강한 행동 경향성을 갖는 감정을 예술적 행위로 변형시켜 해소한다는 데 있는데 이를 미적체험이라 한다. 미적체험은 현대 심리학에서 두 가지 다른 차원에서 분석된다. 하나는 프로이트식의 카타르시스이고 다른 하나는 매즐로식의 자기성취를 통한 절정체험이다. 예술심리치료에서 정화의 미적체험과 성취의 미적체험은 인간의 예술충동인 ‘특별화하기’의 욕망으로 두 가지 차원에서 구현되어야 한다. 첫 번째는 자기표현의 특별화이다. 억눌리고 소외된 감정의 조각들을 예술적 탐색을 통해 표현하는 과정으로 진정한 자기표현의 특별화를 통한 감정의 카타르시스 차원이다. 두 번째 자기 가치의 특별화이다. 표현의 특별화 과정에서 명료화된 내용들을 아름답게 표현하고자 하는 의지와 기술 연마 노력을 통해 타인의 인정과 자기성취라는 고차원적 욕망을 충족함으로서 자기 가치의 특별화를 경험하는 차원이다. 예술심리치료에서 미적체험의 치료적 함의는 예술의 원래 기능이 그랬던 것처럼 ‘표현의 특별화’, ‘가치의 특별화’를 통해 적응적 인간으로 변화하게 하는 것이다. How the role and value of arts in evolutionary process as a product of adaptation should be realized in contemporary arts psychotherapy? In human history arts played the important roles for adaptive life as it had biological, psychological and spiritual benefits for human beings' survival. Especially therapeutic effects of arts performed in ritual are realized in contemporary arts psychotherapy because essentially in both cases emotion that evolutionary had a strong tendency to act is transformed into artistic activities and it leads to aesthetic experience. Aesthetic experience in current psychology is analysed into two different dimensions. One is Freud's type of catharsis. The other is Mazlow's type of peak experience through self-actualization. These different qualities of aesthetic experience should be realized in arts psychotherapy process by provoking human beings' artistic instinct which is the desire of 'making special'. The first is ‘making special’ of self-expression. This is the process of expressing repressed and isolated emotional pieces through artistic exploration. When genuine and special self expression is made, we reach emotional catharsis. The second is 'making special value of self' by being apprised by others and experiencing self actualization. When this higher desire is fulfilled through will and effort to express aesthetically, we experience special value of ourselves. The implication of aesthetic experience in arts psychotherapy is to change more adaptive functioning human beings through 'making special expression' and 'making special value of artistic activity' as did the original function of arts.
